Eloise and Paul seemed unable to stop looking at one another as the pair laid on his bed, face to face and with their hands folded under their own heads. They laid on top of the blanket - even tho Eloise thought it was freezing - and Paul thought that maybe it was to make this moment less intimate, for the both of them. He watched as her brows furrowed, lips curled into a smile and her eyes widened all throughout his storytelling. Paul leaned up onto his right elbow, letting his hand run through his damp hair as he told Eloise how he got into an argument with Emmett Cullen.

"You got into a fight with a vampire?" She asked, shaking her head and Paul was terrified of her being scared or disgusted by him now, tho he slowly nodded nevertheless, his smile slowly leaving his face.

"Well, it wasn't really a fight, you know. He jumped onto our territory, I defended it. No big deal, really." He said, his head dropping slightly, looking up at her through his eyelashes, cocking his brow and awaiting a reaction. Her face softened at his look, sighing.

"I get that, I also get the natural enemy thing, I read into it when you were gone. But, Vampires seem to be really strong.." She trailed off, smiling when he scoffed and laughed ridiculously at her statement. The thought of her studying his nature made him blush slightly.

"Well, we aren't really puppies either, El. You know we're larger that a usual dog, right?" He jokingly asked but she shook her head and her heart started being faster at the sudden change in mood. He seemed tense at the topic, suddenly. She could swear she heard his breathing become shallow and their close proximity suddenly felt really close. It was as if she hadn't realised before how close his body was and how his body temperature was keeping her warmer the closer she got. And she scooted a little closer, her face lying under his as she turned onto her back. He was still propped up on his elbow and he watched her carefully, heart hammering against his chest.

"Would you show me? What you look like?" She said, voice quiet as she fiddled with her thumps, doe-eyes as she asked with a small smile - like a child asking for chocolate. Paul seemed not too fond of the idea, softly stroking away a strand of hair from her face.
"I don't know, Eloise. Don't want you to leave me yet." He admittet in an even quieter voice than she used. Her smile fell and for the first time, she reached out to touch his face. She stroked his cheek with only two finger, memorizing how his hot skin felt so soft under her fingertips. He smiled at the action, closing his eyes momentarily. He took ahold of her hand and turned it so that he could kiss her palm and then put both of their hands to his chest, her hand completely hidden in his.
"Funny, I don't want you to leave, either. And seeing your other side won't change that." She whispered and tried to ignore her blushing cheeks, still shaken up by how softly he kissed her palm. She wanted to feel his kiss again, a thousand times, over and over again. She wanted to feel his kiss on her face, her lips, all over her body. She had never been treated with so much tenderness, and even tho it was new and all happened so quickly, she never wanted to stop being with Paul. She felt like her fourteen year old self again and if someone had told her a few months ago that she'd love again so quickly - that she'd be able to give herself to another person again so quickly - she would have laughed. But here she was, glancing at Pauls lips and contemplating. Would he think she was crazy, does he want to  kiss her too, would moving on make her a whore, like William used to call her. Their faces got closer and suddenly Williams words went through her mind, the insults on her body, the pain she felt whenever she was with him, even when she should have felt pleasure, his hands as they left marks on a body he never owned.
Paul didn't want to own her, he would never hurt her and she knew it. She knew that with him, everything was perfect, so she decided -  Fuck William.
If she wanted to relive her youth, to love and feel loved again - who cared what William would have to say. She wanted to feel desired.

So, Eloise pulled Paul down by moving their - still enclosed - hands and watched as he stopped only a few centimeters from her face, glacing to her lips and then to her eyes again. She nodded but he shook his head.
"I need words, Eloise. I won't do anything you didn't tell me to." He grinned but Eloise knew he was serious. She blushed, nudging her nose again his and smiling as he took in a shaky breath, his own nerves getting to him.
"Kiss me, please?" She whispered, eyes boring into his and it was all it took for him to lower his head and softly press his lips to hers. His forearm holding him up, he slowly leaned over to close more distance. Eloise freed her hand, both of her fingers treading through his hair, pulling and scratching at his scalp slightly. He softly cupped her face, stroking her cheek. Somehow, the way they were kissing each other was so different from the other but they made it feel so perfect. Paul had tried to keep his posture and to stay still and calm, but the way Eloise started pulling him even closer, lifting her hips slightly as to close more distance between them. Normally, Paul would smirk and give in, but he had to make sure she was a hundred percent comfortable and sure of her wants. He pulled away, watching as Eloise looked at him, breathing heavily and confused as he softly pecked her lips one more time.
"Maybe we should stop, It-" he started but Eloise quickly shushed him.
"Do you not want to.." she started, searching his eyes for an answer but she didn't have to search long. As soon as her words hit him, he was shaking his head furiously.

"Do I not want to? God, Eloise, there's nothing in this world I want to do more than this. I'll probably wake up tomorrow and think even just this kiss was a dream." He laughed slightly, making Eloise cover her face with her hands and laugh, too. She giggled and tried to get herself to stop blushing. She couldn't quite get how she ended up in this situation. She laid on the most beautiful man's bed, in his shirt, after having kissed him for the first time. And to top it off, he was her soulmate. And she felt it. In every part of her body, she felt their bond. In every.
"I want you, Paul. I want to feel good, and I- I feel good with you." She said and in her dazed state, pressed another kiss to his lips. She pulled away just as fast as she started and it left Paul chasing her lips, making her smile once again. He really made her feel as if she was the only person in the world.

"Make me feel good, Paul."
