🌺FRIDAY AFTERNOON: AT THE GREAT HALL
ANYA PEREZ Once I enter the Great Hall, I make my way to the Ravenclaw table and lean into Zara's ear.
"Why'd you tell Nick about Malfoy?" I ask, irritated, and Zara turned around, pretending to be surprised to see me
"Oh, heyyy, girl! I was wonderin' when you was gon show."
I sigh and sit beside her, "Come on, Zara, cut the act! Why'd you tell him?"
Zara starts playing dumb on purpose, "I ain't tell him nun."
"Yes, you did, he told me. Why do you always gotta put my fucking business out there??"
"Well, it ain't really yo business when y'all two was gettin real cozy in public. People have eyes, just sayin." She says, putting her hands up
"So, you admit it?"
"Yep."
Alice and Tiffany who were also there, started chuckling while eating.
"Guys, it's not funny! What happened between us was-"
Tiffany interrupts me, "A mistake? Girl, we get it." And she and Alice continued laughing
"It was! Look, I was under the influence of drugs and alcohol, okay?? I don't remember what happened that night. It was a drunken one night stand, okay, guys??"
"You sure you're not in loveee with him?" Alice teased, wiggling her brows while giggling
"No, I'm not."
"Liar, liar, pants on fire!" She says, and she and Tiffany laugh even harder
I sigh and palm my face with both hands, annoyed by this conversation until someone approached our table.
"Hey, girls!"
Once I heard Nick's voice, my head flew up and I saw him standing beside me.
