🌺BACK AT HOGWARTS: EVENING

I am spending the night with Draco again.

After our talk last night, I found myself wanting to be with him more.

He made me feel some way that I have never felt towards any guy before. He made me feel so comfortable that I could talk to him about anything.

During the train ride, I couldn't stop thinking about him. I asked if I could spend the night again, and he said yes.

Draco deserves to know why I'm so mean all the time.

He gained enough of my trust for me to open up to him about what I've gone through.

Yes, Cormac humiliating and calling me dumb is something I will never forget. He made me not want to trust a boy again.

But, I have come to trust Draco because he proved that he isn't like the other boys I had encountered.

"Can I ask you something?" I ask, sitting crisscrossed on his bed as he was lying down next to me

As soon as I spoke, he turned to me, "What's up?"

"Have you ever been in love?"

"No, not really. I had a few crushes, but they didn't last long. Most of the girls I liked were just flings, why?"

"I've been in love... but with Cormac."

Draco burst into laughter and looked at me in utter surprise, "Really?? You were in love with McLaggen?"

"Yeah, but there's more to it than you think."

Draco stopped laughing when he saw I was serious.

"What do you mean?"

"I was actually in love with him during first year."

"Oh..."

Draco remained silent for a few seconds until he spoke.

"Well, has he done anything to you?" He asked out of curiosity with a frown
