Jacob day; A new friendship

Halloween

I woke up, it's Halloween!
I rolled over and woke up Jacob,
Y "It's Halloween!!"
J "yeah, I can see your excited"
He mumbled, half asleep.
I grabbed my phone, it was 11:32.
I got up and got dressed,
I wore this, but without the hat

I left the room and made some food, for me and Jacob.

While I was washing my hands, Jacob put his hands on my waist.
Y "I made food for you nerd"
J "I seen, it looks pretty good. loser"
I finished washing and sat down with him at the table.
Y "when are we picking up your sister?"
J "my mom said anytime around 3"
Y "ok, so we'll pick up your sister, take her trick or treating for like an hour or two, we'll get her some food and by the time we're done that it'll be time for the party!"
J "yeah, sounds good!"

After we ate I rinsed, and put dishes in the dishwasher.
I took Jacob to my room so I could do my hair, makeup, and we get dressed.

When we were ready, it was 2:08.
J "you look good!"
Y "I know!"
He smiled.
Y "we have to go get your sister now.

We got in the car,
J "how are you going to dive while you have a mask on?"
I looked at him,
Y "I'm not gonna wear it until later"

We got Jacobs sister and went around getting candy for about an hour and a half.
We got in the car and got some food.
When we dropped off his sister, it was 7:25.

J "now what are we gonna do for an hour until the party?"
Y "I have an idea"

We went to a nearby park and took some pictures,

It was now 8:00, we had 30 minutes to get to the party.
I let Jacob drive for fun.

27 minutes later we got to the party,
Y "wow, this house is huge"
J "yeah"
Y "what if I get lost?"
Jacob put his hand on my leg,
J "it's fine, I'll be with you all night"
That made me feel way better.

We walked inside to see soo many people.
I felt nervous, but Jacob was right next to me and he held my hand.
Y "are you going to drink anything tonight?"
J "I'm not planning on it"

I wasn't much of a drinker, but I am when I'm stressed.
I pulled Jacob to the kitchen and I got something strong ( idk drinks lol)
J "wow, calm down on the drinking!"
Y "it's one drink, I'll be fine"

We both walked around the house for a bit, and eventually found our way to the back yard.
There was a pool, and a few people.
? "Jacob, com here!"
Some random guy yelled across the yard.
J "you good?"
Y "yeah I'll be fine"
Jacob walked over to them, and I sat on a nearby bench.

Then some guy walked up to me and sat on the bench.
? "Crazy party, right?"
Y "yeah"
? "What are you dressed up as?"
Y "ghost face"
? "Oh I remember that movie"
Y "do I know you?"
D "my names Danny, what about you?"
Y " y/n, I don't think I've met you before?"
I looked over at Jacob, at least he's having fun.

I got up,
Y "I'm gonna get another drink"
Danny followed me, it was kind of awkward.
We got to the kitchen,
D "here let me make you my favourite drink"
Usually I would say no, but I watched him make the drink and he didn't put anything strange in it.
Y "oh thanks"

I went back to the bench, and Danny followed me.
I couldn't see Jacob anywhere, which made me nervous.

After a lot of talking with Danny and a few more drinks.
I felt horrible.

Jacob's pov

My friend Thomas called me over, I made sure y/n was ok before I left.
T "hey Jacob, how have you been?!"
J "pretty good, you?"
T "it's been pretty good, what do you think of this party?"
I looked over at y/n, to see that she was with some guy.
She seems ok with it, and I didn't want to seem pushy.

J "it's a lot, there's so many people here"
T "yeah, I only invited half of these people"
We kept talking about a bunch of stuff, when I looked over y/n was gone.
I was nervous but she's ok, I don't want to over react.
She soon came back and sat with the same guy.

Me and Thomas talked for another 15 minutes, I wanted to go see y/n, but Thomas kept talking.

T "so do you have a girlfriend yet?"
J "yeah, she at this party"
T "nice, where is she?".
J "she's right over the-"
I looked over to see the guy trying to kiss y/n.
I ran over and grabbed the guy,
J "what the fuck do you think you're doing?!"
D "chill out man, I wasn't gonna do anything"
J "you were trying to kiss my girlfriend!"
D "I don't know what you're talking about?"
Clearly he did, so I punched him.
He ran away.

J "y/n are you ok?!"
She looked out of it.
She mumbled,
Y "yeah I'm totally, yep". ( 😂)
I grabbed her,
J "how many drinks did you have?!"
Y "only a few"
I picked her up and she wrapped her legs around me.
I walked through the house and put her in her car.

Y/n's pov

Jacob picked me up and put me in the car.
I was so tired, and felt like throwing up.

When we got to my house, Jacob picked me up again and put me on my bed.
He was sitting on my couch, which was right in front of my bed.
Y "can you sleep with me?"
J "I'd rather not"
Y "why not Jacob?"
J "you need sleep, I'll be fine."
Y "but why not?"
J "because I'm gonna keep an eye on you"

Honestly I didn't care, and I fell asleep.
