Jacob day; A new friendship

Adventures

We left town.
After a while we got to the river.
We parked on a side road and had to walk down a trail.

The river was nice and sandy, and there was no other people at our spot.
I wore a swimsuit under my clothes, so I started to undress.
Your swimsuit

I turned around to see Jacob staring at me,
Y "hey stop staring, weirdo"
He quickly turned around.
I sat with him and we ate our food.

Jacob's pov

After we ate, we went into the water.
I was mostly in the water, but y/n seemed nervous.
J "hey, are you getting in the water or not?"
I watched as she took a breath and came into the water, but only up to her waist.
I could see she was a bit uncomfortable, so I splashed some water at her.
Y/n "Jacob don't"
I splashed her again,
Y/n "Jacob what the fuck, I told you to stop"
I grabbed her wrist thinking she would be ok with it.
Then she almost fell back, she looked scared
Y/n "Jacob I told you to stop twice, what the fuck does that mean?!"
She then walked out of the water, I felt bad watching her walk away.

Y/n's pov

Jacob didn't know but I hated water and it scared me.
It was a horrible idea to come to the river without telling him.
I walked back to our stuff and sat down with a towel.
I watched as Jacob swam around having fun, I felt bad to leave him alone but I told him to stop and he didn't.
Jacob eventually came over and sat with me.
J "hey, are you ok?"
Y "yeah"
J "are you sure? I'm sorry I didn't listen to you"
Y "it's ok I guess, I just don't like water"
J "why do you not like water"
Y "it's stupid"
J "y/n trust me, nothing you say is stupid"
We looked into each other's eyes, I could tell he was truly sorry.
Y "I have anxiety, and I hate when water gets on or around my face"
J "that's not stupid, thanks for telling me"
He smiled.
We spend the rest of the day getting to know each other.
Once the bugs came out we started to pack up and walk to the car.
We put our stuff away and got in.

When I was backing up, some old guy yelled at me.
Og "learn how to drive you idiot!"
Jacob rolled down the window,
"Hey, don't talk to my girlfriend like that, or I'll put you in a nursing home!"   (🤣)
I wanted to laugh but I held it in.

I had so many questions,
Y "what was that?"
J "that guy yelled at you for no reason, so I shut him up"
Y "so now I'm your girlfriend?"
J "sorry, that was just the first word I thought of"
Y "it's ok, if anything I liked it"
I watched as Jacobs face turned red.
I laughed, and we left.

While I was driving to Jacob's I asked him,
Y "do you want to come over for dinner one day?"
He liked that idea.
When we got to his house, his dad was washing a car.
I got out and walked Jacob to the door,
Before I got to the steps, I tripped over the hose and fell in a puddle.
I went back to my car, and Jacob told me to wait for him.
I sat in my car for a minute, then he came out with a hoodie, so I got out of my car and put his hoodie on.
Before I could open my door, Jacob hugged me,
J "get home and warm up so you don't get sick please"
Before I could leave i seen Jacobs dad on the deck, he did not look too happy.

When I got home, I took a shower and put his hoodie back on after.
I got into bed and texted Jacob
