Felix and I came back from Korea last night. When we went back to the base for our stuff, it was so quiet. Frank and Todd are gone and Jake is to Katy. I haven't really thought about what I should do after I finished the mission. I don't have anywhere to go. Should I just stay at the base?
"Where are you going to stay? Maybe I can visit you on our leave." I shrug.
"I have nowhere but here to go, so I guess I'll be staying here."
"There's no way in hell that I'm leaving you alone in this place. I have a guestroom, you can stay there if you'd like..."
"That'd be great, Lix, thanks." I give him a peck on the cheek and run to gather all of my stuff. When I've packed my bag and walk to the car, my phone rings. "Hello?"
"Hey Jess it's me, Jake."
"Oh hey Jake, what's up?"
"She's coming, Jess! The baby is coming!"
"Really?! That's so great. Are you at a hospital?"
"Yeah at the one I got treated for my leg. I have to go and support Kate. See you soon, bye." I run to Felix. When I stop near him I'm out of breath.
"Hey, slow down. What's going on?" He grabs my shoulders and positions my body up straight. "Is it something with Silas? Is he back?"
"What? No, it's Jake."
"Did he get shot again?!"
"No, thankgod. He's having his baby! Well Katy is having the baby, but you know... details."
"That's great news! Where are they?"

After a long time of waiting, the baby was finally there. We follow Jake into the room where Katy is with the little baby girl. I walk towards them and look at the baby.
"Congrats, both of you. You are gonna be great parents."
"She looks just like you, miss Sorris." Felix stands behind me and puts an arm on my shoulder. "What's her name?" Jake hands the baby to me.
"Meet Kimberly Kory Sorris. Named after two of the bravest men I've ever met: Kim Woo-Bin and Kory Nassam." I smile.
"It's perfect. Hello Kimberly, I'm auntie Jess and this is uncle Lix." Kimberly grabs Felix' finger. I'm sure he'd be a great father and who knows; maybe, in a few years, I'll have a family of my own as well. Together with Captain Felix Jameson.
