I will burn this place to the ground

Hiro's hand latched tightly onto Wendy's arm, both their clothes having changed without any 'why' or 'how' explained to them. Maya and Ren, who always seemed ready to confuse people with their gender, stood next to them as well.

An apple red, cyan, and sandy beige tankini was what Maya had appeared in, cyan being the large majority with a single red and beige stripe on each piece. Her tribal makeup flawlessly blends and works with the colors. Turquoise hair wild underneath the silicone band of her silver divers goggles, a single shark-tooth necklace hung from her neck to her sternum, the tooth itself the size of the bone beneath. Her feet were bare, save for a golden anklet dangled on her left foot.

Ren wore a watermelon pink, white, and black set. High-waisted black bottoms and a ruffled top, the pink as a base and the white as a simple floral pattern. Their hair was tied back in a braid, with a large sun hat resting atop their head. While simple, it fit Ren perfectly, and kept them ambiguous as they desired and worked with their tall, thin frame.

Wendy was also in a two piece, with a white front tie, and blue bottoms. Her sandals shared the color scheme, with the base being blue and the straps being white. Her hair was pulled into a high-pony, a pair of black sunglasses resting on her hairline.

Hiro herself despised the swimsuit they put her in. A simple two piece, russian violet with white straps and a single white ruffle along the top where straps met the base piece. A long, thin piece of black fabric was tied around her waist, the knot resting at one hip and acting as a skirt.

The 16-year-old had ducked behind Wendy, holding her hand while hiding away from the eyes of the audience. Not only was she...uncomfortable with the reactions she was getting, but she was also uncomfortable with the outfit itself. Hiro did not wear two pieces. She always wore a short-sleeve one piece, purple with white detailing. It was discombobulating to be in something so different to her usual.

"Cheer up, Hiro!" Maya cheered encouragingly, while Ren smiled brightly at them, "You look really cute in that!"

"I feel exposed!" Hiro wailed, burying her face in Wendy's back, the other girl turning her head lightly to look at her bright orange hair. "I don't wear stuff like this!"

Wendy smiled gently, patting the back of Hiro's hand where her arms were wrapped around the bluenette's middle.

"It's just for a few minutes, systir." her voice was a murmur as she comforted the younger slayer. "I'm sure it won't be too bad."

"PUT YOUR HEART INTO IT, HIRO!" Erza shouted from across the field. "THAT'S NOT FAIRY TAIL SPIRIT!" when Hiro turned to glare at the redhead, she ended up spluttering at the rather...inappropriate pose the requip-mage was in.

"I'M SIXTEEN!" Hiro screeched back at her, stepping away from Wendy to show off her pure anger towards the redhead.

"Things have gotten crazy, huh?" Mira giggles.

Jenny nods. "As a bit of fun, I suppose it's not so bad."

Hiro whirls around and points at the two models.

"THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULTS!"

"THE SITUATION HAS GROWN OUT OF CONTROL!" The announcer shouts, "HOWEVER, SINCE EVERYONE'S LOVING IT, WE'LL LET THE MATCH CONTINUE!"

"SHUT UP!" Hiro screeched.

"NEXT THEME!," The speakers buzz, ignoring Hiro, "SCHOOL SWIMSUITS!"

Hiro was forced into a pose by the nearby Cana and Juvia, both smiling despite Hiro's wail of 'BETRAYAL!'. The dark blue of the school swimsuit was a nice color, she must admit, but the fact this is something literal children wear - and the fact the spectators are getting something out of it - makes her want to rip it to shreds. Anyone who looked at her, she glared at, though they didn't seem to be scared of her - or look at her for long, the broken stone near Babba, Mamma, Bróðir, Beiggi, Skuggi, and Ijós‎ seems to have done it for her.
