"Where you going looking all cute miss thang?" My mom asked me as I came down the stairs.
I laughed and did a lil spin and pose.
"The carnival with Quincy." I said smiling.
"You sure do blush whenever someone says Quincy." She said with a laugh.
"I do not." But my cheeks thought otherwise as I felt my face getting hot.
"Is that right?" My mom said laughing as the door rung.
She walked to the door before I could get to it. Once she opened it, we seen a smiling Quincy with yellow Tulips in his hands.
"All these for my daughter?" My mom said looking at the flowers.
"No ma'am. Some of these are for you." He said handing her half of the flowers.
My mom looked back at me and smiled. I didn't know how Quincy knew those were our favorite flowers. But I'm pretty sure he just got on my moms good side.
"Thank you so much sweetie. I'll go put these in water." She said and he handed her my flowers too.
"You two have fun and keep my baby girl safe." My mom said turning to Quincy again.
"She's always safe when she's with me." Quincy said making me blush.
My mom walked in the kitchen and Quincy walked up to me.
"You ready?" He asked looking down on me. I nodded and he grabbed my hand and led me out the door. I closed and locked the door and Quincy led me to the passengers side of the car. He open my door, helped me in then closed it. Then ran to his side, hopped in, started the car, and pulled off.
I turned up the radio and "One Time" by Migos came on.
"Smoke one, one time. Drank one, one time. Let me fuck sumn one time. Tear the club up one time." Quincy and I sung together.
I laughed be caused we were pretty turnt. Shortly we pulled up to the carnival and it was big going(meaning it was turnt). Quincy parked and got out the car. He came over to my side and opened the door for me. He helped me out again and we walked towards the carnival.
"There are so many people here." I said looking around. I didn't recognize any faces so I doubted anyone I knew was there.
"What do you wanna do first?" Quincy asked me as we continued walking and looking around.
"Doesn't matter to me." I replied. Quincy nodded and led me towards a game booth.
"Like teddy bears?" He asked me. I nodded and he handed a dollar to the man working the booth.
"Make one shot, get a small prize. Two shots, any medium item we have. Three or more shots, you can pick one of our biggest prizes." Quincy nodded and turned towards me.
"Which one do you like?" I scanned the prizes until a big Hello kitty stuffed animal caught my eye. I pointed towards it and Quincy nodded.
"Your 30 seconds starts now." The man working the booth said.
Quincy started making shot after shot and I was impressed. I really forgot he was on the basketball team. After the time was up the man looked shocked. I could tell he was very impressed. He handed me the huge hello kitty stuffed animal. I smiled as Quincy grabbed my hand and we walked through the carnival.
"Thank you Quincy." I said looking up at him.
"It ain't nothing." He said smiling at me.
I blushed and looked down as we continued walking. When i looked back up, we were in front of the Ferris wheel. My stomach automatically dropped.
