I don't know what's been up with Brandon lately, but he's really pissing me off. I really like him but it feels as if I'm the only one feeling that way.
And then there's Bryson. We've been cool for a while but I never knew he felt that way. I wouldn't say I'm feeling him back, but you never know. And it feels great to know somebody is feeling the kid.
"Lo! Lo! Loren!!" Carmen yelled pulling me out of my thoughts.
"Huh?" I said giving her my attention.
"We're up next." She said as she pointed to the other girls getting ready to walk onstage.
"Oh shit." I said running up to them.
I heard the boys laugh and I looked back to see if Brandon was with them. He was and he walked up to me.
"You're probably pissed at me right now, but I just wanted to wish you luck and to let you know you got this." He stated.
I blushed and hugged him. "Thank you." I said. He kissed my cheek and u blushed even harder before I walked onstage.
"How yall doing tonight?" I asked them and the auditorium went crazy.
I smiled as the beat to "Lose My Breath" by Destiny's Child came on.
We started dancing to the choreographer we made to this dance as we began singing the chorus. The crowd was going crazy and this was only the beginning.
"Ooooohh." Aaliyah sang. "I put it right there, made it easy for you to get to. Now you wanna act like you don't know what to dooo.." She finished the verse and hit all the notes perfectly.
The chorus came back around and we continued to sing and dance. The crowd were really feeling us.
"Ooooh." Carmen started. "Two things I don't like when I'm Tryna get my grove.. Is a partna that meets me only halfway and just can't proveee." She finisher her verse and the song came back around to the chorus.
In the middle of the chorus, the song changed to And I by Ciara.
"Do yall mind if we slow it down for yall real quick?" Aaliyah asked the crowd. They clapped so we proceeded on with the song.
"I don't need me a basketball player.. All I need is somebody that's down for meee.. And he don't have to have money, his love is just like honey, it's so sweet to me." Dayna sung.
"He can have,everything, in this world, but he'll sacrifice, it all for me. And I've made up my mind I'm in love this time and it, it feels so real." Destiny sung.
We sung the chorus together and swayed back and forth, causing the crowd to do the same.
"They caan, say that I am crazy for making him my baby, but it's how it's gone be. See I done been through many changes, but this one I ain't changing, it's gone stay the sameeee." I sung.
"I can have, everything, in this world, but I'll sacrifice, it all for him. And I've made up mind, I'm in love this time and it, it feels so real." Destiny sung.
We song the chorus again and Destiny took lead singing all the ad libs. I had to say my girl was killing it.
We got to the bridge and we starting singing, me taking lead. "I love you, and every little thing baby, oooooohhhh. They, don't, know, how I feeeel, cause I know this is real." I sung.
The chorus came back around I was still singing lead.
Once we finished we took a bow and the crowd went crazy. I think this was the loudest I heard them all night.
