Imolathile
I woke up from bed and touched my lips remembering all the naughty deeds i did. And smiled, i put on his top and got out of bed to find him in the kitchen warming up food only wearing his pants without a top. His muscles showing looking handsome.
Me: Hi
I blushed as he walked closer to me kissing my fore head making me feel all mushy inside.
Nqubekho: Hi
He helped me on the chair and we sat eating in silence both of us in our own thoughts and him taking a glance at me every now and than.
Me: you staring
Nqubekho: I know. I found your identification from the North dakota system and printed out a copy so we can use it to get married. I also filled in all the paperwork since technically you not an South African and filed it.
Me:I see
He looked at me.
Me: I still want us to get married.
Nqubekho: But?
Me:I don't have anything to wear.
He smiled.
Nqubekho: A friend is coming over to fix your hair and nails and a few clothes so you can pick what you want.
Me: Thank you
Nqubekho: a pleasure.
Me: Do you know by any chance when my parents will be here?
Nqubekho: its an 19 hours flight.
Me:oh than I guess ill see them tomorrow.
Nqubekho: Yeah
Me: And ill be Mrs?
Nqubekho:Johnson
I mumbled his name a bit Imo Johnson.
Me: How old are you?
Nqubekho:30
Me: you look younger.
Nqubekho: So iv been told.
Me: any kids?
Nqubekho: no
Me: crazy exes?
He laughed.
Nqubekho: Jo-ann was my ex and she wasn't crazy
Me: Okay
Nqubekho: And you?
We looked at each other and laughed.
Nqubekho: Glad to see you laughing about it.
Me: i never knew I would ever do so.
Nqubekho: I have family though
Me:Oh

Nqubekho
I never really talk about my family but somehow I was comfortable with her to share.
Imo: where
Me: They from around in the suburbs
Imo: you visit often?
Me: No.
Imo: mind me asking why?
Me: we just two different people, i send money for them to go buy since dad passing he left every single thing with me in the house they live in.
Imo: I guess it was his way of apologising for his faults.
Me: I guess so.
Imo: Anything else that we should know about each other before marriage?
I looked at her drinking tea and cuddled on the chair.
Me: Am a military assassin. My job is to track down the world's terrifying people and shoot to kill if they have no credible intel that can help us. Am a commander of special ops in CIA but work on my terms. I shouldn't be telling a soul this but I believe marriage is built on honesty and trust. And I trust you.
She kept quiet for a bit.
Imo: I once watched a movie. Mission impossible I think, are you that guy?
I laughed at how light she made the matter.
Me: Yeah basically.
Imo: pretty cool
Me: you can't share my real job. To the world am just a farmer.
Imo: Okay Mr farmer.
The bell rang and it was Nadia here to fix her up.

We were exhausted by the time we got home that we slept and woke up late. I called mom to let her know am here and if she can come over for breakfast tomorrow.

Mom: is it safe though?
Me: we taking precautions mom but we okay
Mom: The boys are here?

She was quiet for sometime and I know what she was thinking but afraid to ask so I took her out of her mystery.
Me: We think we have found our little girl!!!
All I heard was mom crying and praying. This whole ordeal has been hard on everyone one of us.
Mom: I know its hard love but Im proud of how you have handled it. The faith you have had and being the backbone of the family. Thank you.
Me: I took me going through this to appreciate the last 20 years of having a mom like you. Ngiyabonga Ntombi ka baba.
We both laughed as we spoke about stuff with her telling me about our little brother stories. It was nice laughing for a change without feeling guilty. I cannot wait for tomorrow....
