[Annika - A, Shivaay - S, Rudra - Ru, Gauri - G]

In the morning daadi informed Annika and Gauri they have their first rasoi ritual today. Annika will prepare the lunch and Gauri will prepare the dinner.

Annika had been in the kitchen for a while and that worried Shivaay. He passed by the kitchen a couple of times and each time he saw her chopping a different vegetable

S(in his mind): Oh god, what is she doing in there? I hope she doesn't kill us all with her cooking today

At lunchtime, everyone settled at the dining table. Annika served 'Paneer butter masala' to everyone

S(in his mind): what did she do with the vegetables she was chopping?

Sahil whispered to Shivaay

Sahil: SSO, she has never made Paneer at home, I'm scared to eat

S: daadi don't call me that in front of everyone

He took a spoonful of the paneer and very slowly put it inside his mouth, chewing it slowly

Ru: how is it bhaiyya?

Everyone ate their food and praised Annika and gave her gifts

Pinky: you've done such a good job, you were getting scared for no reason

S: What did you do with the potatoes and cauliflower?

S: I wasn't spying, I just passed by. But what did you do with those vegetables?

A: Mom and badi maa are having some friends over for tea. I was chopping those vegetables for the snacks the cook is going to make in the evening.

S: Oh. lunch was good
