PriVeer's sangeet was an absolute hit. Videos were going viral online.

It was finally the big day, PriVeer wedding. All the Oberois were assembled at the resort, currently waiting for the 'baraat'. Preparations were all done and verified.

Annika wore a light pink saree and a pair of heavy golden earrings.

She sat with Priyanka, Rudra, Om, and Gauri in a suite, waiting to escort the bride to the mandap. She had a walkie-talkie in hand, someone from her team would signal them when it was time.

The door of the suite opened, Shivaay walked in but he wasn't alone

Priyanka: Oh so you finally got the time to come to my wedding Mallika didi

Mallika: I'm so sorry Prinku my flight got delayed

The two of them hugged and then Mallika hugged OmRu. Annika had always assumed Mallika referred her to the Oberois because she was friends with Priyanka since she was the only Oberoi at Mallika's mehendi function. But the way she met OmRu, seemed different

A: Rudra, how is it that you're all friends with Mallika but I didn't see any of you guys at her wedding

Ru: Yeah that was because we wanted to avoid any sort of media scandal

A: Why would there be a scandal?

Ru: Arey because Shivaay bhaiyya and Mallika didi are exes na and Ranas are our business rivals. Bhaiyya didn't want any attention to shift from Mallika and Sidharth's wedding to their breakup or the business rivalry. So we didn't go

A: SSO dated Mallika?

Ru: I know, it's hard to believe

A: who broke up with who?

Ru: If you ask them, they'll tell you it was mutual but that's not true. Now, you didn't hear this from me because if bhaiyya found out he'll kill me, Mallika didi dumped bhaiyya

A: OMG!

She said that a little too loudly making heads turn in their directions. She had to think of something quickly to cover up

A: OMG we haven't clicked any pictures with Mallika yet. I'll get the photographer

She spoke on her walkie and a photographer came in.

Annika looked at SSO with disbelief and astonishment while the Oberois got pictures clicked. Soon Annika got the signal and it was time for the Oberoi brothers to walk their sister down the aisle.

Annika followed behind with Mallika and Gauri. The bride and groom exchanged garlands and sat down in the 'mandap' for the rituals.

Gauri held Om's hand as they sat together. Tears had welled up in his eyes

Om: You know, even though we're twins I always felt protective of her like an elder brother. When we were younger, I used the fact that I was born 10 minutes before her to boss around. But later, as we grew up, I realized, it wasn't me bossing her, it was her making me feel like I had some power over her. She always did what she wanted and managed to convince everyone that it was what they wanted. And now look at her, she got the guy she wanted. Among us all, she's the most hopeful and optimistic one. I'm gonna miss her a lot

G: I know sweetheart. I know she'll only be a phone call away but it would never be the same.
