Chapter Four.

"And hear this! Then he said he wanted to formally ask me out before we had sex. Isn't he the cutest!" This girl continued telling the story that I'm sure no one in this table is listening to. "Ah, Kendy, I think I might've just found my prince charming." The girl was apparently Kendall's best friend. It was already lunch break and I was sitting with Burger and Luke because they were the only thing closer to 'friends' that I had here. But as soon as this girl opened her mouth, I regretted my decision of sitting here.

In the distance, I saw Vicky with her tray looking for somewhere to sit. I waved at her to come sit with us. "What are you doing?" Kendall asks me.

"Inviting her to sit with us, what else does it look like I'm doing?" I ask back.

"A terrible mistake," She says. "That girl is a freak, I don't want her to sit at our table."

Hypocritical much? "Good, cause I didn't want to sit here anyways." I say and she just goes 'ugh'. I pick up my tray and stand from the table to join Vicky. "Hey there," I greet her.

"Hey new girl, what are you doing here?" She asks me, while still looking for somewhere to sit.

"I was hoping I could sit with you, if that's okay." She smiles.

"Of course that's okay, but what happened with your crew over there?" As soon as she found a table, she started walking in that direction and I just followed her.

"They're not my "crew". I was only there because my friends were there, actually they're not even my friends, but they're two of the few people I know around here. Anyways, those crazy chicks are not worth my stay there." I look back at the table where I was just sitting. Luke was all smooshy with Kendall, while Burger was staring at me. I almost felt sorry for him, I'm sure he's as uncomfortable as I was back there.

"Been there, done that." She responds. That's when I get a little confuse and I couldn't hold the doubt in.

So I ask, "What do you mean?" But she was staring at the table. I few more guys took a sit with them and Burger didn't look as miserable as earlier. "Vicky?" I call her name, since she spaced out.

"Sorry," She says. "My ex-boyfriend is friends with Tyler and Luke, so I was literally forced to sit with them. He would always want to have lunch with his friends, which included having to tolerate his friend's girlfriends, aka Kendall."

"Who are we talking about?" We both look at the table.

"His name is Greg Peters, he's the dirty blonde one with the nose piercing." Following her description, I instantly see the guy. I have to admit, she didn't have a bad taste at all, the guy was stunning.

"What happened between you two?" I know it wasn't my business, but curiosity consumed me. The guy seemed nice, and Vicky had been pretty cool so far, so I wonder what could possibly be a reason for them to break up.

"Myrna Sutton." She's staring at that annoying girl sitting next to Kendall, the one that couldn't keep her mouth shut, blabbering about guys and finding the one. "She had a crush on him, and still knowing we were dating, she went to his house for a tutoring session and made sure I was going to his house too so I would find her all over him."

"Why would he let her do that? He seemed nice."

"Because he's a guy, Marley," She chuckles. "Guys think with their dicks, it's always been that way and I'm sure it always will."

"I second you on that." I say and we both high-five.

"So, tell me more about you, I literally don't know crap about you. I just told you about my last relationship so it's fair that you do the same at least." She requests.
