(Aprils pov)
"Jackson! Jackson you can't just leave like this! We need to talk!" I yelled as Jackson headed towards the door. "What is there to talk about? I told you I'm going to ride over to my sisters place for a while, to take care of her for her first round of chemo. I need to go April." He said. "Okay, just call me when you get there, promise?" I asked. He nodded. "7:00 exactly." He assured. I smiled and gave him a hug. My pager went off and I got a 911 for my trauma patient. "Shit I need to go." I said while running off.

(Jacksons pov)
"Bye Lexie, make sure Sloan keeps an eye on Anna, the one in the burn unit, make sure he changes her bandages and if he doesn't you do it. Got it?" I told Lexie. She nodded. "Don't worry about it everything's under control. Now you don't want to miss your train. Text me later." Lexie said. I pulled her into a hug, then kissed her cheek. "Bye." I whispered while pulling away, kissing her neck one last time. I walked out the door.

(Aprils pov)
I ran outside, tying my trauma gown. "Hunt do you have any idea what we've got?" I asked. "All I know is there's about 25 traumas. The backside of a train broke off the trail, it was bad. Not many survivors." He explained. I waited as the first trauma rolled in. "Kepner your on this one!" The paramedic gave me my patients assessment, and I began putting in a chest tube.

The next ambulance rolled in. "What do we've got?" I said. "John doe, he was conscious just until we rolled in, 3 broken ribs, multiple traumas to the right leg, burns on the left shoulder down to upper abdomen, he has abdominal bleeding as well." The paramedic said. I ran at the side of the gurney. "sir your going to be okay you are in good hands." I looked at my patient on the bed. Then it hit me. "Holy shit! this isn't a John Doe This is doctor Jackson Avery! Avery it's me mark you were in an accident but your gonna be fine. Someone page Torres!" We went into trauma 2 and Callie ran in. "I was paged 911?" She says. "It's Avery. I need you on his leg." I said as calmly as possible. "I need grey and Karev, also hunt if possible!" I said. "Damn it he's crashing!" I started compressions. Merideth ran in. "Woah what happened to this guy? He's got no chance." She said when she walked in. "It's freaking Jackson Avery so get your ass over here and take over ventilating!" I yelled. Her jaw dropped and she grabbed the ventilator, taking over for the nurse. "Someone make sure Lexie and April don't come in here!" Callie yelled to a nurse. They obeyed her orders. "He's stable." I said with a sigh of relief. Avery became conscious again. "Jackson, it's Callie. This is going to hurt like hell but I need to set your hip and your ankle, they are dislocated." Callie told him. Karev walked in. "Where do you need me?" He asked. "Brace his shoulders!" Callie said. "Ready Jackson?" She said while she positioned his leg. Karev held him down. She forcefully pushed his hip back into place. He screamed and groaned in pain, arching his back. "Sorry aves, your almost done." Callie said. She positioned his ankle next. I cringed as I saw the pain he was in. "One, two, three!" She said as she pushed his ankle into place. He screamed louder, throwing his arm in the air and punching Karev in the face, before crashing again. "Damn it not again!" I yelled as I began compressions again.
