"Henry! Where are you? Ray is getting mad!" Charlotte said quickly as she typed more stuff on the computer.
"Ughhh... Char, I don't think I can make it to work." Henry said, groaning.
"Let's hope Ray's okay with that answer. Give me a minute?"
"Y-yeah." Henry said, clearly out of breath.
*A few minutes later*
"Ray is not happy. At all. He thinks you're faking it." Charlotte said, then paused. "Ow! Ray! Stop throwing chairs! I can't do anything about it!"
"I can try to come, if my mom will let me." Henry said, slowly sitting up.
"Only if you really want to. We can stop Ray for a few days. Just do what you think is right. Bye Hen." Charlotte said.
"Bye Char." Henry replied, then hung up.
*Out of call*
Henry, deciding to try to make it to work, write Piper a note, knowing that his parents would make Piper bring him meals.
Hey Piper,
If you're reading this, I am probably not in trouble yet. I left to go to Junk and Stuff. Ray was throwing a fit because I wasn't there. Please make something up for me! Or just don't let mom and dad find out I'm gone. I'll come back as soon as I can.
