Victoria Payne's POV

I decided to take a vacation in Swellview for winter break after seeing Captain man and Kid danger on the news. The trip from my home Lynchburg, Virginia to Swellview was long, but it was worth it. If I'm being honest, I might've had a crush of Captain man.

I decided to look for a job online so I could still make some money, alongside my secret job, being the hero, "The Sapphire". So, while I was at a cafe, I decided to see if there were any jobs in the area.

I tried finding jobs that I was good at, like a barista, I work at Starbucks Cafe© in my hometown, along with the obvious, fighting crime. I'm also skilled in computer technology and fashion designing.

After a while, I found this place called Junk and Stuff, and applied there.

Shortly after, I was shocked to see that I got an in person interview. I guess they liked me. I quickly packed up my stuff and made my way over to Junk and Stuff.

Henry's POV

There was absolutely nothing to do today, so I brought Piper with me to Junk and Stuff. She went to hang out with Charlotte, and I stayed to work the cash register.

Right when I sat down, my phone binged. It was an email. Honestly, I have yet to figure out why Ray changed the email on the application page, the one that people fill out to try to work at Junk and Stuff, to mine.

Regardless, I opened the email and read through it.

•The Email•
Hi! My name is Victoria Payne! I just moved here from Lynchburg, Virginia, and was hoping to get a job! I am great with computer technology, and fashion designing. I worked at a Starbucks Cafe © in my hometown. I'm not actually a fashion designer but I aspire to be one! I do tend to get nervous around strangers, but that's just because I'm kind of shy. I know that I will be a great addition to your team.

I quietly laughed, when I read it. Everytime I interview someone, I think of how Ray first hired me. I emailed her back, telling her to come into the store so I could interview her.

•Henry's Email•
Hi Victoria! You sound like a great addition to our team! Come in any time today and I'll be here to interview you!

I then realized that I barely slept last night, fatigue now washing over me, but I stayed awake anyway, seeing as Charlotte and Piper were going shopping or something, and now I'm the only one in the store, other than maybe Ray and Shwoz.

Victoria's POV

I made it to the store at 4:20pm. Walking in, I saw the place was almost deserted, other than someone at the counter doing some sort of work.

"Uhm, excuse me? I was told to come here for an interview?" I asked nervously.

He looked up, and I closed the tiredness in his eyes. He had blondish hair, and brown eyes.

"Hi. Sorry, I must've missed you coming in. I'm Henry Hart. You must be Victoria Payne." He said, his voice calm and soft.

"Yeah, that's me. Are you the boss?"
