Optimus looked at the wrecker "is that truly what you want old friend?" Optimus asked putting a servo on the mechs shoulder. E brake sighed then nodded "it took me a while but this is what I want, I realized I'm not going to be able to run from the past." E brake stated.
"I'll wear these insignia's still to show my alliance with you all." E brake said. Optimus nodded "I'll call the others for a meeting alright?" The prime asked "yeah that's fine." E brake said as the prime walked out. E brake then followed the prime to the main room seeing the whole team was already there.
Optimus gestured for the mech to come forward in which E brake did helm hung low "everyone E brake here has an announcement to make." Optimus stated. E brake looked up and saw the humans watching as well then took a deep breath "I've given it a lot of thought and I've decided that I will quit the team." He said.
"What?" Raf said saddened "Why?" June asked "You see these few months with Optimus had me think for a while about everything and I realized I don't belong here." E brake said "no don't you start saying that you DO belong here E." Arcee said "tell him Optimus." Arcee said looking at the Prime." She said but was met by silence.
"O-Optimus?" She said "This is his decision Arcee let him be." Optimus said. Energon tears went down Arcee's faceplate "Cee look I didn't want to do this but I want you to let go alright maybe we can give this another shot sometime later but...." E brake started but couldn't finish as Arcee had walked away.
He sighed then crouched down to Jack "look after her for me alright?" He asked "you've done so much for us, looking after Arcee is the least I can do E brake." Jack stated. E brake then looked at Bumblebee and Ratchet "you will be missed." Ratchet said "I'll miss you two as well." E brake stated bringing the two in for a hug.
Optimus looked at Moonracer, Override, blur and Sunstreaker "and what will you four do?" He asked "you know we'll stay with E brake." Moonracer stated. The prime nodded. Dynamo pulled E brake away "look Keep contact on the old wrecker channel you'll be surprised who'll be on it." Dynamo stated.
"Alright." E brake said then hugged his team before looking at Bulkhead "see you around." He said walking past the mech. The wrecker looked up to Optimus "I'll be around if you need help." E brake stated.
Just then in the corner of his optic he saw Arcee and decided to walk over to her. He embraced the two wheeler. Arcee hesitated but returned the hug silently sobbing into the mechs chassis. E brake then let go off Arcee and slowly walked away seeing the teary eyed two wheeler.
A ground bridge opened and the group walked into it. E brake looked around seeing they were outside a impound lot "you four look around and scan your vehicles we need to be discreet about things." E brake said transforming into his Agera. The others looked around a lot Override grinned at a red 05 gt40 scanning it.
