Deciding to take a break from Lyla's journey as the Ghost, Genesis decides to show the new guests his little pet project. Takes place after the current intermission in Anime Reacts to A god's journey
"Ok kids, ride's over before you all get sick." Akatsuki said, setting them down gently
The kids floated down giggling as they ran back to their respective groups
Akatsuki chuckled softly at their happy faces
"Anyone tell you you're a natural with kids?" Nejire asked the shadow god
"Now and again." Akatsuki said, seeing Eri talking excitedly with Mirio. "Guess she enjoyed herself."
"She hasn't smiled that much since the culture festival" Tamaki said
"And it's been so long since Kota's looked so happy." Mandalay agreed
"I guess Akatsuki's a natural with kids, huh?" Mirio asked Scarlet
"Yes, he is." Scarlet nodded with a fond smile
"You look better, Mel." Filo said as she and Melty sat down with Raphtalia and Naofumi
"Yea. I feel a lot better." Melty said
"Good." Naofumi said with a small sigh of relief
The rest of the guest soon returned having left to stretch their legs and were ready to continue
The scene opens up to lush green plains. Cries of seagulls flying overhead a village on the coast. On the plains, just at the village outskirts, were demi-human children playing soccer/football.
While those kids played, two kids were sitting down on a log under a tree just nearby. These two were a younger Raphtalia and her best friend, a weasel demi-human girl named: Rifana.

"Awww baby Raphtalia." Mina cooed
"I wasn't a baby..." Raphtalia pouted
"You were baby-faced." Akatsuki commented, making her growl at him
"Who's that?" Nora asked, before noticing the tanuki girl's eyes go downcast
"Rifana." Raphtalia said quietly
Raphtalia: Huh? A person that I love?
Rifana: *nods* Do you have anyone special like that?
"Yea...do you have someone you love~?" Toru teased, making Raphtalia blush
The tanuki girl pondered for a moment before answering.
Raphtalia: There's my dad. How's that?
Raphtalia giggled at that. "Not what she meant, little me."
"Do you have someone though?" Mina asked
Raphtalia went silent but her blush betrayed her
"She does~" Midnight cooed
"Can we just continue please?" Raphtalia begged, turning redder
Rifana hung her head low, a soft hum of disappointment escaping her lips.
