"Dad thanks for the meal" I gratefully stated finishing off the bacon on my plate.

"You're welcome, now get off to school" I nodded, I stood up put my plate and cup in the sink, and made my way out the kitchen. My sister Kaylee was sitting on the staircase on the phone to her boy friend.

"I love you too" She said down the phone, then putting it down. I rolled my eyes. I went and put on my school shoes. "Oh I love him" she said.

"That's great, right I'm going see you"

"Bye" she said making her way upstairs.

"Bye mum, dad, Cassie!" I shouted. Slamming the door shut I made my way to school. I don't take the bus to school I walk it, so much easier.

I came into school and was greeted by Jenny and Shaz. Shaz waved and Jenny did a short smile.

"Hey guys" I said "Where's Macy?"

"She's got a doctor's appointment" Jenny replied.

"Come on lets go" Shaz said eager to go in. I wondered how come I never met Shaz before if she had been at school before, why didn't I meet her. Why is it only now she in my life? We went through the double doors and into the man hallway, walking along the left side. Jenny-obviously in front. Guiding us to our form room.

"See you" Shaz said "my class is here" I looked to my right. Now I am really confused, her classroom is next to ours why haven't I seen her before?

"See you Shaz" Jenny looked at me. "Sorry can we take a detour I need to get something from my locker. I nodded. I followed Jenny to her locker, when I saw him. Adrian leaning on Jenny's locker smiling and laughing at all the girls surrounding him. His smile was just as gorgeous when I last saw it, which was only yesterday. I shook my head. The girls probably have fallen under his spell, his very charming spell. "How are we supposed to get to my locker when Adrian is there" she said.

"We could tell him to move" I suggested which was the most logical idea.

"I'm too nice to tell him that, you tell him" She nudged me. So i'm seen as the mean one. I kissed my teeth, but if failed miserably making it seem like I had just made a stupid noise. I would reply but there was no point, she would win. I started to walk towards Adrian, he noticed me almost instantly and smiled.

"Err..." I said "Could you please move, Jenny needs to get to her locker" I said avoiding eye contact once again. All the girls gave me a scary look; they looked like they wanted to kill me.

"Oh of course, sorry Silver" He stood up, and moved over to the wall opposite jenny's locker. The helpless girls followed. I turned my head, but Jenny wasn't there I turned left and right, no sight of her.

"So what class are you in?" Jenny said coming from where Adrian is standing. I turned to Adrian; I was getting a little pissed.

"Jenny!" I shouted.

"I'll be with you in a minute Silv, can't you see I'm talking" She was under his spell.

"I'm going to class" She nodded her eyes still on Adrian. I looked at him, this time eye contact but I was pushing myself to not full under his spell. I gave him a glare and started to walk to class. I was so angry at him, well it's not his fault that he has eyes that you could look at all day it's just the fact that he's taking away my best friend. Soon he'll have her totally in his trap, his horrible stupid trap. But I'll...I'll kill him, before he conquers the world...okay maybe I'm over exaggerating but its how I feel.

"Silver" I turned around. It was Adrian now labelled as my rival. I gave him a glare.

"What do you want?" I said giving him eye contact it seems that when I'm angry his spell doesn't work on me.
