(Gerard's POV)

The band had been on this tour for a while now and it was getting pretty tiring to be honest. Thankfully there were ways to cope.

I had my coffee, my cigarettes and most importantly, my girlfriend y/n.

She had been with me the entire tour. Keeping me company on the bus and keeping me sane.

She was curled up on my tour bus bunk right now sleeping so peacefully in one of my many band tees as I sat next to her. It was about 6:00am and we had just parked in our city for tonight.

I had left on the same shirt I slept in and threw on a pair of jeans as I was about to go do a coffee run with Mikey and also stop at the shop for some things.

"You ready buddy?" Mikey asks, swinging his head through the bus door from outside, wearing his typical beanie and glasses.

"Ya let's get goin." I say heading out the door leaving y/n in there asleep as well as Ray and Frank who would all be awoken when we returned with their coffees.

This was the typical morning routine we had been doing on this tour in the cities. Two of us from the band would take turns doing coffee runs each morning and if anything else was needed for us or our ladies we'd stop at the shop and get it before getting on with preparing for the night.

We tended to park near busy areas so we were always able to just walk a short distance to where we needed to go from our bus.

Mikey and I were walking down some street. No idea, he was leading the way as I dragged on my first cigarette of that morning.

We happened to find ourselves at another parking lot not too far away that had a few stores. One of which was a Starbucks.

"This is our stop!" Mikey says enthusiastically as I throw my cigarette butt on the ground before we walk into the establishment.

We get everyone's regular order including my two coffees because one to start the day just wasn't enough. I also got y/n a cake pop treat to surprise her because I know how much she likes them.

"Alright any other places we need to stop?" Mikey asks, holding the tray of drinks as we walk out of the coffee shop

I sip my first of the two coffees and ponder while I hold our bag of food. I look around all the stores in the plaza. There was nothing we particularly needed today but I wanted to get something special for y/n. Normally if we needed anything we'd get it before coffee so the coffee wouldn't get cold, but we could be quick.

I loved surprising her and seeing her face light up. I just love her in general.

I notice a Party City in the plaza that just so happens to be opening right at that moment. It was September currently so I knew there'd be plenty of cool spooky stuff in there.

"Mikey we have to check out the Party City before we go back." I exclaim with a pleading look. Almost like we were kids again.

"I thought you'd never say it! I thought that was a no brainer let's go!" Mikey says excitedly and we both take off towards the Party City like two excited boys, being careful with the food and drinks while we're at it.

(Third POV)

You woke up with a big stretch. you reach for Gerard and notice he's not there which makes you sad. But then you remember it was his turn to do the coffee run with Mikey today.
