The dawn arrived. Today might be their final day on this world. Miles and Gary woke up and prepared for this moment.
"This is it, Miles," Gary commented, "Are you ready?"
"Yeah," Miles replied with a worried tone, "But once we're done with this, are we going to meet?"
"Of course," Gary reassured, "Let's meet at the shop where we got this game. Afterwards, maybe we should go somewhere and have a date!"
"A date?" Miles spoke softly, "I like the sound of that."
Gary and Miles are soon approached by the townspeople. After exchanging words with them, a boat has arrived. A man sailed it to the shore and gestured the two to get aboard.
"That guy," Gary thought, "That mysterious bastard who doesn't answer my questions! What is he planning this time?"
"Hey, Mr. Reus," Miles called the man on the boat, "Are you going to help us reach Mount Regor?"
The man nodded. As soon as she got the response that she wanted, Miles pulled Gary and they both got aboard the boat.
"Thank you for letting us stay for a night!" Miles shouted as she waved her hand.
The townspeople waved their hand as a goodbye as well. Each of them has different response and ways to wish them good luck. Meanwhile, Gary's still unsure if they should trust the man who sailed the boat once again.
"Now, tell me what you know about this world and us!" Gary demanded.
The man didn't respond.
"Would you look at that?" Gary groaned, "First, you are extremely dismissive, then earlier you are mute and now you're deaf?! What the hell, man?"
"Gary, stop." Miles scolded, "Just be patient, Gary. This might be the last level. We can finally go home."
Gary crossed his arms as a response. They focused their sights on the vast, blue ocean. After a few hours of sailing, they saw something that made them felt relief.
"That mountain," Gary softly spoke.
"Could that be," Miles asked, "Mount Regor?"
Almost suddenly, the sky went dark and the wind blew violently, Just a few seconds, a heavy rain poured, the ocean waves became higher, lightning flashed at almost every ten seconds and the thunder rumbled extremely loud.
"Brace yourselves, Dreamers!" the man exclaimed.
"Now, you're talking!" Gary responded.
Soon, meteors fell from the sky and it seemed that they're falling anywhere.
"What the hell?" Gary was overwhelmed with what he saw, "Is this how it suppose to end?"
"Jump!" the man cried as a meteor's about to hit their boat.
Just after the man shouted, Miles and Gary jumped out of the boat and after a few seconds, the meteor struck the boat and ruined it almost completely.
"Hurry up, Miles!" Gary shouted, "Grab this wood and we'll surf all the way to Mount Regor!"
"What about Mr. Reus?" Miles asked.
"Forget about him," Gary dismissed, "All that matters is that we can finally go home."
Miles was fazed by Gary's response but she immediately grabbed the wood Gary held.
