Jin still stares at a onesie blankly on the words 'daddy's big boy'. He still can't believe what he is thinking. 'I'm having a boy?' Jin thinks to himself and turns his head to Jisoo. "We're having a boy?" Jisoo bites her nails and nods to him. "We're having a boy?!" This time Jin's voice got a little bit louder.
"Yes." Jisoo said with a big smile.
Next thing she knows, Jin grabs her wrist and pulls her for a kiss. A kiss on the lips. Jisoo startled but she just stayed still while tip-toeing to meet his lips. Jin with his eyes closed, deepened the kiss and bit her lips to make her give in and she did. Her sweet raspberry chapstick lingers in his mouth and he likes it, it tastes like candy. He'd been looking for this for a long time ever since Jisoo got jealous with Irene, he thinks it's so cute she gets jealous with his secretary. Jisoo suddenly realized she really missed the taste of his lips, it's endearing and addicting.
Jin releases their kisses just to make them both breath for a moment, he opens his eyes and stares at Jisoo's big eyes. He chuckles because now Jisoo is being cute.
"Jin." She called but Jin just hummed and Jisoo still couldn't think of anything else, her soul still left her body. Jin still cups her cheeks and eventually his other hand slump down to her back and pull her even more. "Jisoo, I love you so much." Jin finally said it. Jisoo whose soul is still going somewhere now could faint any moment to hear his words. Her feet wobble and weak by the time he said those words.
"Please be mine again." There. Another word he'd been looking forward to for weeks finally came from his mouth. He never thinks twice when it comes to Jisoo. Start from taking the baby, he knows it's his and he wants to be responsible with it right away.
The moment he told her to move into his townhouse, it's not by chance from this condition. He already bought it months before they broke up. But three days after he had a meeting with his realtor, Jisoo came by to his office with big news. Part of Jin was glad that this townhouse finally had a reason to still be his. Because he bought it for a family and now he has one.
Jisoo still stares at him blankly but once she heard those words, 'be mine again' and 'i love you so much' this time she knew she would take a risk on him. For her family. This baby not only saves their relationship but pushes them to be brave, to take more action rather than think to themselves what's best for them without discussing it with each other. 'Thank you baby, mommy owes you a big one' Jisoo said in her mind while she still looked up to his face and rubbed her belly quietly.
