Kouta had peered into the orb and suddenly passed out. Besides him Ryuuto knew things weren't going to be easy for him. When peering through a legendary artifact, it forces the user's soul into that orb's domain. In the domain, one must complete the trials the orb gives the user in order to reach the end to uncover the secrets it holds. Kouta woke up in a vast land, however it was too dark to see.
"This looks like where I met the reaper. Could it be the same place? It possibly couldn't." - Kouta
A man appeared in front of Kouta while raising his hands in the air. A dark red light swarmed around him. Then the man started walking towards him.
"Is this what they call a visible aura? It's so strong, I can feel the power surging from this man, and I don't even have the ability to detect mana. Amazing........Who are you? Whatever you are, I do not fear you, I've seen death myself and even he gives off a more terrifying aura than you." - Kouta
"I am........." - Figure
"Sorry.......excuse my rudeness, my name is Kouta.....Katsuji Kouta, and you are?" - Kouta
"I........Am...........Deimos." - Deimos
"What will you have me do, Deimos? I must complete these trials in order to find your secrets I assume." - Kouta
"Your trial...............your trial means nothing. FIGHT ME AND SHOW ME WHO YOU REALLY ARE. I AM THE GOD-KING DEIMOS. IT'S A PLEASURE TO MEET YOU....AND IT WILL BE MY PLEASURE TO END YOU." - Deimos
Deimos moves at the speed of light and strikes Kouta right through the heart with his fist. Kouta gets launched back a couple feet into an invisible wall. He then spits out an abnormal amount of blood. Kouta then lays still on the ground.
"YOU ARE NOTHING.....THOSE WHO HAVE ENTERED MY DOMAIN HAVE ONLY KNOWN DEATH. YOU WILL FACE THE SAME FATE AS THEY DID." - Deimos
Kouta still lays on the ground unable to move.
"As I thought, you are not worthy to hold my secrets. I don't know how you were able to hold the Oblivion orb, but that was the last of your luck." - Deimos
Deimos turns around and starts to disappear into the dark. Right as he walks away, Kouta's right hand starts to move. Deimos notices this right away and turns to face Kouta again.
"I.........I...........(Coughs up blood).....I'm......not.......done...yet." - Kouta
"The fact that you can even move and speak to me is impressive, for a human." - Deimos
Kouta's eyes lit up a bright red color as he stood up to face Deimos.
"Again......with me being human......is it so wrong for me to be human. I DIDN'T ASK TO BE BORN THIS WAY!!! I ONLY WANTED ONE THING IN LIFE!!!! PEACE!!!!! AND I WILL DO ANYTHING TO ACHIEVE IT. I WILL NOT DIE NOR WILL I REST UNTIL I GET WHAT I WANT. IF YOUR GOING TO BE IN MY WAY!!! I'LL JUST HAVE TO USE YOU AS MY FIRST STEPPING STONE TO ACHIEVE WHAT EVERYONE SAYS IS IMPOSSIBLE. I DON'T CARE WHO YOU ARE OR WHAT YOU CAN DO!!!! I WILL GET WHAT I WANT, ONE WAY OR ANOTHER." - Kouta
"And what can you possibly do? You are already dead at this point. It's pointless to argue with a human with ludicrous ideals. I'll make your death quick now. Consider this mercy from me." - Deimos
"WHY DID YOU THINK I CAME HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! I CAME HERE TO OBTAIN POWER. I ALREADY KNOW IDEALS CAN'T BE ACHIEVED WITHOUT POWER. THAT'S WHY I CAME HERE." - Kouta
Kouta's eyes lit up even more. His entire body released a large red aura that lit up the vast land that was once pitch black.
"This aura, it's not normal for a human to have this. This is.........rage. Only demons are able to release such an aura. They release this aura right before they're about to die. Are you even human? WHO ARE YOU!!!?" - Deimos
