He's so soft and gentle with you that it melts your heart each time. Dare to say, you fakk deeper in love with him whenever this time of the month comes around. But that could be your too emotional self talking. He'll try to visit more than usual and when it gets too bad he will definitely ask for the day off from Splinter. The days he does stay the night, are the best nights spent together. Cuddles, movies, laughs, kisses, massages, and he will even read to you as you try to fall asleep. He will happily continue to read to you even after you've fallen into that peaceful slumber.

He locks himself away in his lab a lot, we all know this, but when you need him he won't hesitate to lock up the lab and be there for you. He'll let you cuddle into his chest as you both lay back on the couch and watch something together. He'll sometimes get clamy when you have cramps, simply because he doesn't know what to do. He knows how to help but he just hesitates, he just wants to make you comfortable. Just tell the poor baby that he can help you and it will be the best week ever. (If you want to he will lock both of you away in that lab for a week. He would happily do it. Spend a whole week alone while you do nothing but cuddle and watch movies? Hell yeah!)

He definitely gets awkward the first time you have your period with him. He didn't mean to act the way he did but the whole situation just caught him off guard. After the initial shock he will try his best to make you feel better, even if your cramps aren't acting up he'll still try to be there. Movies and cuddles galore. I imagine that he's secretly very good at giving you massages and he gives you them all the time. During your period this little skill really come in handy. When it gets really bad he will go to Donnie for some advice on how to help you. All in all, he really loves you and he just wants you to be happy.

So he's such a innocent bean that he has no idea what a period is. He will help you and be completely oblivious to what exactly is going on the entire time. When he asks what that "weird looking diaper" under your bathroom sink is, is when you tell him to go ask Donnie to fill him in. After he's filled in he will be all over you. He feels so bad for you and he just wants to cuddle you forever until this stupid period goes away. But low and behold, it will just come back the next month. He will find a bunch of movies, stay several nights at your apartment while watching these movies, video games, cuddles, kisses, and just a lot of love.

Headcanon
All of the brothers ask April to go out and bye you the proper supplies because, for obvious reasons, they can't do it for you. She happily does this for you of course, she understands the problem completely. If she's ever too busy and you really need that pad, well the turtle will have to go into extra ninja mode so he can get you your stuff. He will leave the money on the counter before he leaves, also leaving the guy at the register utterly confused as to where the 20$ came from.
