Crysti POV:
I woke to Kuro shaking me gently. "We need to talk," she said. I rubbed the sleep from my left eye and followed her to the bathroom, where I sat on the sink. Kuro leaned against it calmly.
"I'm not human," she stated simply. I laughed, no, snorted at her declaration.
"Your emotions sure aren't." This comment got a look from her, and I gulped.
"I... I can't control them. My master usually does, but she is... lost, if you will." She reached the back of her black pajama top. If had a zipper for whatever reason. She unzipped it and unfurled two large angel wings. I jumped back as one nearly hit my face. I stood myself up and noticed the fact that they were grey. Isn't the colour of angel wings white?
Kuro turned to me. "So, who is your master?" I asked to break the silence. She gave me a pitiful look.
"Well... who else but you?"
