Surprise

*Gillian's POV*

   I woke up to Johnny lightly shaking me,

"Wake up sleepy head." He whispered. I groaned,

"There better be a damn good reason why you're waking me up at-" I paused and checked my phone.

"5:30!? Are you kidding me Johnny, it's still dark out!" I groaned and rubbed my face. He laughed.

"Come on I've got a suprise. Wear a bathing suit." He said before kissing me and leaving the room.

"Okay so what's this big suprise?" I asked Johnny taking a sip of my coffee as we're headed to where ever he is taking me.

"It's not a suprise if it tell you now is it?"

"Smart ass." I mumbled and he just laughed. I looked out the car window and saw the sun start to peek up from the horizon. After driving for a few minutes he pulled onto what looked like a dirt road at the time but I soon saw water and realized we were at the beach.

"Why are we at the beach?" I asked him.

"Would you just go along with it? " he said laughing and parking the car. I got out and looked around, there was a light glow in the sky so I could see cliffs and beautiful blue water. It was so calm, only hearing the waves crash onto the shore. I could feel the cool breeze and the moisture in the air. I kicked off my shoes, feeling the sand underneath my feet. I saw Johnny lay down a blanket and I walked over to him sitting down and he took a seat next to me and wrapped his arms around me.

"So this was the big suprise? Watching the sun rise?" I asked him laying my head on his shoulder, watching the sun peek up some more.

"This is part of it, yes."

"What's the rest?"

"You'll just have to find out." He said and kissed my forehead. We sat for a while in silence till the sun fully rose.
