Lost but found - chapter 13

While Hades is searching Dumbledores office and Hogwarts, trying to keep his mind occupied, St Mungos is a buzz with activity. Medi-witchs are running around from patient to patient on the warded floor due to the sudden increase and severity of their conditions. After nearly six hours all new patients on the warded floor have been stabilized and are sleeping. The Head Medi-Witch Jones has informed Madame Bones that families can visit the next day.

"The patients suffered as a whole from malnutrition, dehydration, broken bones, bruises, cuts, burns, oblivates, cruciatus curses and this was done by Albus Dumbledore. Dumbledore was the only magical signature found on all patients. Now as for what individuals received what I can't help you without patients permission and nobody is lucid enough to ask, so you will have to wait.", states Head Medi-Witch Jones.

The morning comes and Sirius is there with Remus and Hades because their not leaving Sirius alone when his needs them for emotional support. They walk onto warded floor and go to Regulus' room to find him awake, Sirius breaks down crying when he sees brother. "Reggie, baby brother!", Sirius cries. Regulus looks at Sirius blankly for a split second before he starts crying, saying, "Sirius, what happened to me?" Both brothers were just cry holding each other. Hades says,"Remus we should contact the Black sisters about Regulus so they don't blame Sirius for not doing so." Remus runs out making floo calls to the Malfoy and Tonks families just saying they should come, explanation given when they get here. Five minutes later two loudly yelling Black family females show up. Hades goes into hall to receive them quickly and explain everything he can at least showing them the way to the room. Hades then calls Tipsy to bring hot chocolate for all ten of them.

Both women start yelling at Sirius about not letting them know sooner but Hades stops that immediately. Hades says, "Excuse me Ladies, please no yelling your in a hospital. Now Sirius has been in shock since yesterday it's not his fault it's Dumbledores but he isn't here to yell at anymore. I made sure you were notified so please calm down." Narissa Malfoy nee Black states, "You are quite right young man we are in a hospital so I'm sorry for yelling. Now who exactly are you?" Hades states with a small bow, "I apologize, let introduce myself. I am Heir Harrison James Potter-Black with too many other names to say, at your service. It is an an honor to make you acquaintance Lady Malfoy (air kiss on hand) and Lady Tonks (air kiss on hand)." Both women are stunned and just stare at him.

Sirius just starts to laugh at both women stating, "Shocking isn't and yes, he is just five. Magic help me when he grows up." Both women look at Sirius saying, "What do you mean Magic help you!" "Hades is my blood adopted son, has been since he was six months old. He should have been placed with me but Dumbledore had other plans, of course. I found him about three months back, right?" Hades says, "Sounds about right, we can show memories later, easier than explaining. If that is ok with you Ladies and Uncle Reg?"

All three look at him, Regulus starts laughing saying, "Where did he learn his manners cause it wasn't from you Siri?" Sirius just sticks his tongue out at Regulus, making the brothers start laughing harder. Hades says, "Kretcher, I called you to meet someone. Siri move please." Kretcher sees he master, "Master Regulus is alive and safe! What did you do blood-traitor?" Looking at Sirius. Hades says, "Kretcher that is enough, he helped make sure he got treated for his injuries by bad Headmaster Dumbledore. We found him and others yesterday. Now apologize, please." Kretcher is crying because his master is safe but says, "Sorry Master Sirius can I get anything for yous?" Hades beats everyone saying, "Thank you for apologizing Kretcher, can you bring pajamas and clean clothes for Regulus, please." Kretcher all excited, "Of course be back."

Everyone just stares at Hades wondering how he has Kretcher do anything without yelling. Hades just looks at everyone saying, "What?" Kretcher pops in with clothes, snapping his fingers changing Regulus into pajamas and places clean clothes in cabinet. Kretcher then asks Regulus if he needs anything, food, blanket, pillow, anything for his Master. Regulus says no but thanks him for asking. Kretcher than looks at Hades asking can he stay and Hades just nods this causes Kretcher to hug Hades. Hades gets more confused looks, "What?"

Kretcher and Hades just bust out laughing at everyones confused faces! Hades and Kretcher get along well with each other and find it hilarious others are shocked. Hades just says, "House elves are talented, resourceful, intelligent, funny, friendly and very caring individuals if treated properly, they show these traits. A family with happy house elves runs better and is better protected because they want their family safe, healthy and happy. Didn't you know this? Huh interesting!

Did you notice the new store in Diagon Alley, 'Peverell Clothes', that is owned and run by Peverell house elves, I gave permission wanting them to be happy including any free elves they could find. I also hired fifteen free elves to work at Gryffindor Castle to assist with the children not going home after Hogwarts this year, due to abuse. We will also be taking in Magical orphans for what ever reason, we already have two babies they are twins, parents tried drowning them. They caught them doing accidentally magic, if you can call it that. They wanted a toy and it was floating to them, so how accidentally can that be. Sirius found them when on a run yesterday and oblivated the parents also making them think they can't have kids.

We need to establish a system for every Magical child born in the Muggle World. I think a self updating list should be created stating family information (parents information, who the child resides with and address) and health status of child, to notify if something is wrong.

Ministry should create a department for Muggle raised Magical children to keep track. Hold that thought," Hades concentrates his magic and makes a list of all under age Muggle raised children currently living under this Ministry's jurisdiction. Four scrolls later and several flashing red meaning that child needs help now. "These flashing red need help right now!" Says Hades. Handing them to Sirius as he runs out the door yelling for Aurors and Madame Bones, show them lists and says he will explain everything later need to get these kids, thank Magic there was only four flashing, some of the kids will need to be removed soon.

Once the Aurors, Madame Bones, Sirius and children were safely in St. Mungos, Madame Bones and Aurors came with Sirius for an explanation. "Really is it that hard to believe that a list is really what I said. Mother Magic helped me make it to protect those with her gift. The list is easy really. It contains every under age Muggle raised Magical child under this ministry's jurisdiction. List includes: birth parents names, names of those raising the child, and address in which child lives or will live if just born. The information starts out black and changes color if be abused: green if being bullied, yellow for light abuse, blue for sexual abuse, red for severe abuse and flashing red is being abused at this moment with threat of death. Purple means severely abused but removed no longer in that location (original information will remain last color before left, new information added to list with new color). Crossed out means dead but will list cause of death and by who.

We need a department in the Ministry to handle this and the Aurors are too busy to deal with these lists. People to continually check lists, find place for them (currently only two places Gryffindor Castle and adoption house, will need more), get them seen by both Medi-Witch and mind healer for initial examination, ensure they have clothes and all essentials.

Gryffindor Castle will be adding more Medi-Witches, a Healer (more extreme cases) and mind healers to the staff. A Master Potioneer will also be added to avoid problems in the lab.
