Planet Iredescent was void and barren until the night two moons formed. The moons covered the land with shadows, bringing life to the planet with shimmery sparkles. The shimmery sparkles transformed the planet into a beautiful place with plants, animals, and humanoid winged alien lifeforms called Iredescents.

The two moons were a glittery black moon called Ezezë and a glittery white moon called Bianccha. Together, the dual moonlight collided to form the most intricate light that shone upon the dazzling landscape. The moons would criss-cross as they continued to travel along the elliptical path; they would always meet again each month as they orbited the planet.

Far away in outer space, a heartbroken Phoenix set flames on planet Vasya, burning the planet out of existence. The intense fire set out heat waves, impacting the elliptical path of the two moons. The heat waves forced the two moons to converge, making them crash together before reforming.

Droplets of moonlight fell from the sky, landing on the shimmery land below, exactly ninety years after the planet had formed. There were two droplets: a glittery black one from the black moon Ezezë and a glittery white one from the white moon Bianccha.

The black droplet came to rest on the ground, turning into the form of a winged man. His massive dark green wings glistened with dark purple glitter shaped like purple roses. His body was built and firm, as strong as rosewood. He was very handsome with thick ebony black hair and dark forest green eyes that glinted like obsidian emeralds.

His name was Ireden Rose.

The white droplet fell to the ground and formed into a winged woman, bathed in moonlight and sparkling like the ground she landed on. Her hair was long and fair, covering her exquisite body draped in a long white sparkly gown. Silvery white wings draped down her back like a mass of ribbons that gathered into an army of two.

Her name was Nederi Esor.

Ireden soared above Nederi, his mighty wings passing over her form like a shadow, at the same moment Nederi looked up at the night sky she came from. The two fell in love the moment they met. An intense connection formed between Ireden and Nederi as dual moonlight from both moons shone down upon them, fusing their love together into a permanent, inseparable bond.

But there was a darkness native to the land. Shrouded in mystery, hidden in the caves on the northeastern side of the planet, an Iredescent man named Monit Myrkur watched the lovers as the land around them continued to sparkle, driving out the darkness and bringing in the light.

Monit was concealed entirely in darkness. His broken wings were obscured from sight underneath a heavy black cloak. Though he was handsome in physical appearance, blessed with coal black hair and dark onyx eyes, Monit never knew love nor was loved in return. He was jealous of the love between Ireden and Nederi.

Ireden and Nederi had the ability to make things grow. The two made the shimmery land thrive and flourish with life. Like planet Earth's Mother Nature, Ireden and Nederi were two powerful forces of nature on planet Iredescent.

And so, Ireden became the first Ruler of Iredescent. It was a very peaceful, blissful reign. All was wonderful until Monit's interference.

Monit quietly bid his time, allowing Ireden and Nederi a year of happiness, before he emerged from the darkness, vengeful and jealous. Because Ireden was more powerful than Monit, the dark Iredescent sought to defeat him.

Monit was once a heliokinetic with the ability to manipulate sunlight, but he was forced to remain in darkness after an incident where he drew too much power from the sun and caused a massive solar flare that destroyed the entire neighboring planet of Bermarr. The event permanently damaged his wings, leaving them broken beyond repair.
