I feel my head spinning when I see a the different white shades in front of me, XD looks at me in a funny way.
"what? something on my face?" she shakes her head and turns around. I take the hair tie that I had on my wrist and do a ponytail before stepping towards XD and following her.
The floor under me is solid but also somehow fluffy when I step on it. Theirs a huge fountain in front of us. The stairs around it connect to the platform that leads to a castle.

"Follow me" she tells me as if I wasn't already, the stairs takes us to a beautiful white tree. "It's a beautiful tree right?" I nod and she point at it "every time someone gets revived, a petal falls"
"What happens if all the petals fall?" I look at it, trying to see if any petals fall. "Won't happen unless the owner of the book completely burns the book." I know for a fact that dream still has the book inside the ender chest.
"But it will eventually, right?" Shacking her head she removes a petal from the tree and throws it on the floor.
"In 5 minutes this petal will send energy to the tree and then spawn another one, you see if the book is burnt they will slowly but surely start falling and the tree will burn"
She looks up to the floating tiny island around us, "none of those others work the same, they each own a different powers, and each have a different book."
"Follow me I'll explain a bit more", we head towards the actual entrance, In the middle there's...another tree? What is their problem with trees?! At least this one has a double swing in front of it.
"That's our main one, the other one is absolutely important don't get me wrong, but this one is the full power." She mentions for me to sit on the swing.
"What does 'the full power' means?" She sits next to me and slightly swings, "all trees have different power and books as I mentioned earlier, but they all share power to this one."
"So this tree could be the cause of destruction or end it?", she nods "this is why the book hasn't been given yet, we need the right person. We should wait for them here"
I look around and the place seems like a dream, but at this point anything is better than staying in the real world.
I look back at the front door where we entered from when I heard footsteps, next thing I know I see dream and my whole body flinches.
"I don't think I can see him after what he's done." Her face turns to me "don't worry this is DREAM the other isn't" I don't quitter understand what she meant by that.
"What do you mean?" I see dreamXD with dream and they start getting closer "your boyfriend is...you could say 'possessed' in a way. The one here is the actual dream"
It takes a while for my mind to understand what she meant, but I didn't think possession was a real thing.
I stop the slight swing from the swing and get up running to my husband.
I can see a small tear fall from his eye when I start getting closer and his arms open for me to hug him.
I come crashing into his body almost making him fall with me, I hug him as tight as possibly never wanting to let him go after what happened in the real world.
"It's okay don't cry." I only now notice the tears falling from my eyes, soaking my face "I thought- I thought I would never see you, you actually you"
He leaves a kiss on my check and uses his hand to clean the tears of my face "im here. I'm sorry if he did something, I'm really sorry y/n."
I shake my head trying to erase the memories and trying to focus on right now, on him and his warm touch, his nice cologne and his beautiful face.
"You're not wearing your mask?" He slowly shakes his head and look down "it's the reason why he's back In the real world. I should have burned it, it's all my fault.."
I punch him weakly on the arm "shut up.." I hug him back and I feel his kiss on top of my head.
"Okay lovebirds let's talk about what matters shall we?" I nod into dreams chest and I back off too look at DREAMXD who was speaking.
"So dream has been possessed by nightmare which affect both dream and me." He turns to see Y/nXD come towards us.
"Which means that neither dream or xd can help us into our next quest" she says stopping in front of me.
"and what is our next quest exactly?" Dream slightly looks away from my face when I look at him "you'll have to kill nightmare which is in possession of dream's body" my hand slowly starts shaking.
"But his body won't be able to make dream comeback!" I look in horror towards the gods.
Xd looks down when my god version doesn't speak.
"Dream won't be able to comeback that way, I can't kill him!" No one says anything and I back away from dream still slightly shaking "there has to be another way!" I speak louder.
I turned my head to face 'myself' "please..tell me there's another way!" I my knees becomes weak and my body falls on the cold hard ground, "please.." the huge castle around me starts feeling smaller, the walls around me starts closing in, and suddenly..
Suddenly.. darkness fills everything around me.
I can't breath and I can't see anything which doesn't help me calm down.
The tears fall from my eyes like a fountain and suddenly im back to my past with Wilbur telling I lost my memories.
My hands can't stop shaking.
But suddenly-
(Dream Pov)
I look at the floor trying to not straight at her.
Not until XD mutters a small 'fuck' under his breath. And then I see it she's on the floor backing away slowly, or trying at least.
Her breathing is unstable and she's crying and muttering.
I trying to run towards her but y/nXD's hands hold me tight as XD floats to her slowly.
He breaths before using his powers on her, she's still screaming for a few seconds before her body leans to the side and she falls.
Her hair on the floor with her tears dried is not something I wished to see, but when I don't see her chest move showing some sign of life, my mind goes blank and I panic
"WHAT DID YOU DO XD?!" I try to wiggle away from y/nXD's body but nothing works, she's stronger with her powers and I can't do anything.
"Calm down" is all she says, and when I look back at xd he's holding y/n's body in his arms and he transports to another place.
"WHY WASNT SHE BREATHING?! Y/N LET ME GO!" She tries to calm me down but I can't.
