Ivory and the Leaf War

Story

[scene begins with a large, wooden warehouse in the middle of a forest. In the distance, a mysterious dragon is descending onto the roof of the warehouse. The dragon lands on top of the roof]

[SCREEN TITLE: TALAH FOREST, AGLOA]

[SCREEN TITLE: 5007 AS]

[the dragon's talons begin glowing green, and he places his talons onto the roof]

MYSTERIOUS DRAGON: [touching his left ear] I'm in position.

UNKNOWN DRAGON: Alright. Head inside, grab the serum, and leave immediately. Do not draw any attention. This is our only chance, don't risk it.

MYSTERIOUS DRAGON: [snorts] Come on, Dista, you know I'm the best TreeWing you've ever recruited. You know I won't let you down. [lifts his talons off the roof, and he breaks it]

DISTA: [chuckles] Don't get too confident, Korro. This place is full of dangerous dragons.

KORRO: I'll be careful.

[Korro jumps through the roof, dropping into the warehouse. Two vines emerge from his back and help silence his landing. Korro raises his talon in front of his face, and his talon begins glowing again, lighting up the area]

KORRO: [touching his ear] Where did you say they kept this serum again?

DISTA: Section fifteen. You're in three, keep moving.

[Korro's talon stops glowing, and his eyes adjust to the darkness, allowing him to see in the dark. He walks across the warehouse, looking around to make sure he isn't followed. He sees a dragon ahead of him, and Korro approaches the dragon. Once Korro reaches the dragon, he snaps the dragon's neck and slowly lowers their body]

KORRO: [touching his ear and whispering] One down.

DISTA: Remember your mission, you're not here for a massacre. Just get the serum.

KORRO: [still touching his ear] Yeah, yeah, okay.

[Korro reaches section fifteen, and he begins walking down the section, looking for the serum. A vine grows on his back, moving forward and leading Korro to the serum. Upon reaching there, Korro doesn't find anything. He raises his talon and touches his ear]

KORRO: Uh, Dista?

[scene cuts to Dista sitting on a tree, far away from the warehouse. She's also touching her ear]

DISTA: What?

KORRO: The serum is not here.

DISTA: [realizes] Oh no. Korro, get out of there now.

[Dista didn't get any response, and she began to panic. She hears grunting, but everything suddenly went silent again]

DISTA: [breathing quickly] Korro? Korro? [panics] Korro!

[scene cuts to Dista sitting in a room by herself back at the Tree Compound. She is holding her head and sniffling. Suddenly, the door opens, and another TreeWing walks in]

ARI: Dista? Are you okay?

DISTA: [sniffles and wipes her tears] Yeah. I am.

ARI: [crouches down] It's not your fault, Dista. No one could've predicted what they did. I'm sorry about Korro.

DISTA: I should've gone with him. [stands up and knocks down her chair. She walks across the room and punches the wall, shaking her talon in pain afterward] I could've helped him.
