[Flain is sorting out a few scrolls on the table at the compound. She suddenly notices one of the scrolls, and she picks it up, inspecting it. Suddenly, she hears somebody talking to her in her ear]
FLAIN: [touching her ear] Hello?
EVERA: Flain, I need you to come to the village right now. There's something you need to know.
[scene cuts to a library. There are many shelves stacked with ancient scrolls and books. A wooden table stands in the middle of the room, and a fragment with a brown hue is laying on the table. The fragment is giving off a humming noise]
EVERA: We found this buried in the middle of the desert a few days ago. Whoever left this thing there must've been in a hurry.
[both Flain and Sari are standing, looking at the fragment in awe and confusion]
SARI: So this is the Fragment?
ILIUS: One of the three. There are two others scattered across the world right now. A few of our dragons tested this one out, [points at the fragment] and this thing has enough power to vibrate and shatter the ground. We call it the Earth Fragment.
FLAIN: What?
ROSADA: [appearing from behind a shelf] It's not a coincidence. All of the sudden, all three fragments appear without any evidence. They're giving off a mysterious hum, as if they're trying to talk with each other. Nothing like this has happened for the last hundred thousand years or so.
SARI: So what does it mean?
ROSADA: Something must've triggered them. Maybe someone.
ILIUS: For now, we have to keep this one safe. We don't know what this does, but if it falls into the wrong talon...
EVERA: We also have to keep the other fragments safe.
FLAIN: Two of my dragons just left yesterday to retrieve another fragment we detected appearing in the Ruby Cave a few starlights away. We also detected a few more, but they were too far away from us.
SARI: Who's triggering these fragments?
EVERA: I don't know, but whoever it is, they're playing with us.
SARI: Uh, guys? [looking at her holographic map] Another one just appeared. This one is a new one.
ILIUS: Where is it?
[Sari lays the holographic map on the table. The pinpoint on the map marks the location of the LifeWings village. Evera and Ilius look at each other in confusion]
EVERA: LifeWings village?
FLAIN: So that's four of the fragments.
MYSTERIOUS DRAGON: No...
[all the dragons turn to the direction of the voice. A dragon appear from the darkness, revealing himself to the dragons in the library]
MYSTERIOUS DRAGON: There are five of them. And I know where a few of them are.
[Korro and Dista are still standing on the beach. Korro looks at the waves crashing onto the beach, and he sighs]
DISTA: Korro?
KORRO: Dista, there's something you need to know.
[Dista looks at Korro]
KORRO: While I was controlled, I had a vision... of someone. I couldn't get her out of my head. She's been living inside my head for the past four years. [pauses] I didn't want to believe it, but every time I closed my eyes, she would be there.
DISTA: What?
KORRO: It's like someone is trying to tell me something. Try to feel it.
[Dista places her talons on Korro's head, feeling him. She closes her eyes and try to search through Korro's mind]
DISTA: I'm not getting anything.
KORRO: Three moons.
[the two dragons hear wingbeats, and they look into the sky. Ferenc lands on the beach, looking at the two dragons]
FERENC: Korro, Dista, come with me. We have to talk.
DISTA: About what?
FERENC: Mysterious fragments begin to appear across the world. We're trying to figure out what's happening.
DISTA: What is it?
KORRO: [answering Dista's question] What she was trying to tell me in my head. Somebody is coming after these fragments.
