The morning rose ever so slowly, letting the world expose itself to its bright light. The first orange hued rays of the sunlight kissed the still dust laden rubble with the same loving care as the undertaker with the recently departed. The soft rays brought warmth to a new day and Jisoo wished with all her might that she could lie back down in her bed under the warmth of the her fluffy comforter, but she couldn't argue with the sun.
Jisoo put a hand over her eyebrows, shielding her eyes from the sun. She had a very peaceful morning today when she got up from bed. There was no need to rush or anything, seeing as she woke up earlier than she had expected.
After all the commotion Jennie caused at her apartment, the brunette left during the afternoon, having to go back to her place to check in with her guards, thinking that they might have thought she died. Nonetheless, she didn't want to leave Jisoo's apartment at all. After their lips had finally met each other, on better terms, Jennie wanted nothing more than to stay, especially when Jisoo was finally her girlfriend.
After all that, Jennie never stopped texting Jisoo, even after she stepped out of her apartment. Even when she was in the cab on her way to her penthouse. Or when she was unlocking her front door. And especially when the night fell upon the world and she was laying on her bed, holding her phone above her face as she smiled at the little messages she was sending the other girl.
It wasn't as annoying as Jisoo thought it should've been for Jennie to be texting her constantly throughout the day It was just cute. Jisoo knew Jennie felt happy with the events that happened and fell asleep with that thought at night after she sent a 'goodnight message' to her.
Now, Jisoo was standing on campus as she waited on a certain brunette who had promised that she would show up before class had started so that they could walk there together.
But, it's already been thirty minutes.
Jisoo sighed and pulled her phone out to text the brunette, as she walked over by a tree and sat down. Class was starting in less than fifteen minutes and she was slightly growing impatient.
Jisoo stood up and whipped her head around, expecting to see a particular brunette standing in front of her. Her eyes searched and searched around the campus, but no one else was there except the other students.
The dark haired groaned at Jennie's playfulness and whined silently, bringing a hand to scratch the top of her head in irritation. Just right before, Jisoo was about to turn around and head. to class herself, her phone vibrated.
Jisoo brought her phone up to look at the screen, placing her hand gently over the screen to block the sunlight reflecting on it.
