--Soundweaver--

He sneaked through the palace halls, keeping low profile.

It's been exactly three days since he met Moth, and they still didn't have bestfriendship bracelets.

Truth to be told, he was surprised the universe hasn't collabsed yet from the wrongness.

Time to fix that. Soundweaver though as he finally left the palace and galloped to the Galaxy Caves. He felt proud that his talons made no sound. For a DustWing, he praised himself elegant, if not perfect.

Soundweaver breathed in and out before sprinting from the palce garden to the caves. As every other night, Moth was already waiting for him. Seriously, doesn't that dragon need sleep?

"Hey, stupidhead, how's it going? Still not dead? That's disappointing." she greeted him with her usual lovely fondness. He grinned at her.

"Ha, very funny, girlfriend. You?" he shot back.

"For the last time, stupidhead. We are not dating, I am not your girlfriend, you are not my boyfriend, and if it's wedding ring you are hidding in your talons, then I swear I am going to rip your head off. Understood?"

Soundweaver nodded enthusiastically.

"Of course. I would never give you wedding rin-"

"Thanks all the gods."

"Wedding ring without a proposing ring." he said and laughted. Her expression was priceles in his opinion. She looked like she was going to tear someone apart.

"So," he started, deciding to ignore the looks she gave him. "Are we gonna finally steal the jewels or what. Come on, tonight is perfect night. I even collected the best glass-breaking stones!" he begged her.

Moth inhaled deeply, then shook her head sadly.

"I still don't understand why we can't just buy them. All right, let's rob a shop."

----

Soundweaver took a stone from one of the pouches tied around his neck. It was small, but all the edges were sharp, so perfect. He threw it with trained accuracy and broke the jewelry shop's window. It shattered as easily as paper burned.

"You go first, girlfriend." he motioned a bowing pose, and Moth smacked him in snout. She jumped through the broken glass, muttering something about some DustWing idiot. Soundweaver was curious. Who was she talking about?

"So, which jewels do you like? Just make sure they come in pairs, please." he called after her softly, going through the window himself.

Moth looked at him. "Dunno. Anything that shines. Or anything nice. You can choose, if you- Hey. You are DustWing, right?" she stopped midsentence, sounding like completely different dragon.

Soundweaver frowned at her. "No. A MistWing." he whispered.

Moth ignored his tone, which he found frustrating. How could she not see the beauty of his voice? And tones? (Or maybe he should say hear. You can't see voice.)

"Great, Soundweaver. Ever tried to craft something from iron?"

"No, but I made golden earrings. Does it count?" he asked. Moth frowned at him, picking up a huge diamond.

"Iron, stupidhead, I asked for iron. On the other talon, yeah, gold too. I've got an idea." she said.

Soundweaver stared at her.

And stared.

And stared.

Finally, he asked "You gonna tell me what is it, or do I have to beg?"

"Oh, right! Well, how about you create us something? Using this stuff?" she waved silver necklace before his snout and he grinned.

"That's idea worth of the queen!" he called and Moth laughted. She threw her head backwards a bit, and Soundweaver had to admit that she looked majestic. Not that he would ever tell her, anyway. Knowing her, she would never let go of it.

Suddenly somebody shouted in distance. Both Moth and Soundweaver froze. The shouts got closer.

"See? Somebody is in the shop! I am being robbed!" one of the unknown dragons yelled. The friends looked at each other. The shopkeeper.

"Go, go, go." Soundweaver whispered frantically. He pushed Moth through the broken window. Then he climbed out himself. They ran.

When the shopkeeper arrived, the only proof that they have been robbed was the shattered glass and the laughter carried through the wind.
