Drew jolted awake. Blue light flashed through the sky... wait, this wasn’t the sky. This was space!
After a few disorienting seconds, he examined his surroundings more fully. He was in some sort of ship. From what he could tell based on the interior, it was an X-Wing from Star Wars.
Did the group’s idea of going to the Star Wars universe actually happen? He checked his pants pockets, finding the orange Kyber crystal that had, presumably, brought him there.
The X-Wing came out of lightspeed, and Drew’s brown eyes widened.
He was on Ahch-To. This was where Luke had hidden after Kylo Ren turned to the Dark Side.
“How do I land this thing?” he muttered, knowing that this was his opportunity to meet Luke freaking Skywalker. Plus, his friends could have already met him!
That is, if they all ended up in the same place.
Drew looked at the various buttons and knobs, using his immense Star Wars knowledge to his benefit. He landed on the island in front of the massive stone staircase.
“Guess I have to start climbing up these,” he said, taking a deep breath. He looked around the ship first, checking to see if there was anything he needed. A brown satchel caught his eye. He slung the bag over his shoulder before looking inside.
His jaw dropped at the sight of a lightsaber in the bag. A real lightsaber! He picked it up before leaving the ship.
The hilt was black with silver markings. He ignited the saber and gasped at the blue laser that shot out from the hilt.
Drew shut it off and clipped the saber onto one of his belt loops. He started his trek up the stone steps, his mind racing.
Was he really going to meet Luke? How had he made it to Ahch-To without the map? Was he Force-sensitive? Where did the lightsaber and ship come from?
A few hours later, he made it to the top of the island. A hooded figure stood before him, his back turned.
Drew cleared his throat. “Master Luke?”
Luke sighed before turning around. “What do you want?”
Drew stood his ground. “I- I’m Andrew Seeley, but you can call me Drew. I have a lightsaber,” he said, unclipping the saber.
“What are you wearing?” Luke scoffed.
Drew looked down at his clothes. He wore a black jacket, blue jeans, and a pair of sneakers. He must have looked pretty ridiculous in comparison to the people who populated the Star Wars universe. He shook his head before igniting the saber.
Luke rolled his eyes. “So you have a lightsaber. Why should I care?”
Drew looked directly into Luke’s eyes. He closed his own eyes, trying to reach Luke through the Force. He probably didn’t even have the ability, but he might as well try.
When Drew opened his eyes again, Luke’s eyes were wide.
“You have a strong sensitivity to the Force, Drew.”
Drew blinked. “What?”
“I haven’t trained any Jedi since Kylo Ren, but your strength in the Force gives me hope.” He cracked a smile. “I can tell that you want me to train you, and I will.”
Drew’s eyes lit up. “Really?”
“Really. Come with me,” the Jedi Master said. Drew smiled, following Luke through the fields of Ahch-To.

Becca opened her eyes. Two familiar faces peered back at her.
“What the heck?” Becca gasped, staring at Han Solo and Chewbacca in shock.
“Yeah, that’s what I said when I found you on my freighter,” Han sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. “How did you get here? I definitely checked every corner of this thing before heading out. Chewie’s the one who found you.”
Becca smiled, her short blond hair swinging behind her in a high ponytail. “I, uh, snuck on right after you checked this spot.”
Chewie shrugged, as if to say, “That’s possible.”
Han looked right back at the Wookie. “Yeah, and what are we supposed to do with her? The Falcon’s still out there somewhere, and there was a lot more room on that ship.”
Chewbacca let out a small roar in response. Becca looked down at herself, seeing that she still had her clothes from the photoshoot on. She felt something in her pants pocket and pulled it out.
There it was: the rose pink Kyber crystal. Somehow, it must have brought her there!
“Did you find anyone else here?” Becca asked, pocketing the crystal.
Han and Chewie looked at her. “Unless your friends are amazing at staying hidden while a Wookie roams this freighter, no.”
Becca’s face fell. “Oh,” she said, her voice barely above a whisper. Were her friends even there? Were they spread across the galaxy, or were they still in Rexburg?
“What’s your name, kid?” Han asked.
“Rebecca Thorpe, but you can call me Becca,” she said.
“Well, Becca, I’m sure we can find a spot for you here. Maybe you and Chewie can switch off as being my co-pilots.”
Chewie let out a sound of exasperation.
“Hey, I still care about you!” Han said, pointing his finger at Chewbacca. He laughed before turning back to Becca.
“What do you say? Wanna join me?”
“You’ll have to teach me how to co-pilot first,” Becca said with a laugh.
“I have all the time in the world.”

Cameron knocked on the door of Drew’s apartment. One of Drew’s roommates answered. “What’s up, Cameron?”
“Do you have a roommate named Andrew Seeley?” Cameron asked.
“Yeah.”
Cameron’s heart leaped.
“We haven’t met him yet. Weird, right? We’ve wondered when he’s going to show up.”
“Right. Thanks for letting me know. He was an old friend of mine, and I heard that he might be here,” Cameron said with a smile, trying to hide his disappointment.
“No problem, man,” the roommate replied. “See you around.”
“See you,” Cameron sighed as the door closed.
Jordan Paul walked down the hallway. Cameron caught his gaze, shaking his head.
“No luck?” Jordan asked.
“No. Anything on your end?”
Jordan shook his head as well. “A girl named Kayla answered, but she said that Cassie, Elena, Jordan Blomquist, and Becca hadn’t even moved in.”
“Same here. That’s so strange. It’s as if everyone who knew them had their memories removed.”
“We need to figure out what’s going on.”
The boys looked right at each other and said the same thing simultaneously.
“I’ve got a bad feeling about this.”
