MONSTER FROM THE PAST

CHANDANI'S POV

 Being the only princess of Mittals  I was living the best life anyone can imagine. Dadi, Mumma, Chachu, Chachi and Yug bhai( cousin brother of Chandani) and Kavita(Yug's wife) everyone used to pamper me so much. Mumma always used to scold dad for spoiling me this much but he never listened to her. Everything was going perfect until the 10 anniversary of my parent's anniversary and we all were excited, we planned a surprise and sent them to spend some time together so that we can prepare our surprise. Soon time flew and it was 8 but they didn't return everyone tried to call but there was no response. Suddenly Chachu got a call and he rushed leaving everyone in tension. All the excitement left my body as I observed something is wrong everyone was crying. Holding the card in my hand I made for them I was waiting for them, they did come for their princess but wrapped in a white cloth.

 I was a kid I didn't understand anything but I was happy that my parents came back, just to leave me alone in this world. After a few days dadi died too from a heart attack, my chachu adopted me and treated me like their own daughter.

Everything started to get  normal, I was still recovering from the trauma one day 

Flashback

'' Chachu and bhai will be so proud of me, I won first place in the debate competition'' A 16-year-old Chandani said happily looking at the trophy in her hand. She was excited to show her trophy to everyone. As soon she reached home the scene terrified her to the core.

''Sign the damn papers and handle your empire to me''A man maybe in his late 20s said choking Chachu, he was trying hard to get out his rid. But he was not leaving her. I observed there were more men who my all the family members at gunpoint. Their hands were tied and their lips were sealed with a cloth.  All of sudden he punched Chachu in his stomach and I shouted cupping my mouth. His eyes went to me and he left Chachu and came to me.

''Who are you little bird'' he said touching my face. His touch was disgusting.

''None of your business'' I replied yanking his hands off from me. '

' Feisty little bird, I see, but dont show your fucking attitude to me, do you know who is my father'' he muttered dangerously while holding my jaw tightly. 

 ''Ahh, Leave me you stupid jerk and you are asking this to the wrong person how the hell do I know who is your father, go ask your mom'' I said gritting my teeth and pushing him.

I ran to Chachu and help him to get up, he was coughing badly ''Kishmish, go to your room, it's not safe here'' he said in between his coughs I denied, I can't leave my family in this situation. I enquired him that what is happening here.  

That stupid man came to me and said ''Let me clarify your doubts my feisty bird, your business was on the verge of bankruptcy and me being a kind person and gave them a huge amount of loan but, now they are not repaying it.'' He said shocking me I never knew about the downfall in our business.

'' Now the time is over and they are not able to repay the money so I gently asked them to sign their business under my name as simple as fuck'' he added further 

''No princess he is lying yes it's true we took a huge amount of loan from him but its also true we paid it all but now all of the sudden he doubled the amount of interest and is forcing us to pay that'' Chachu said and I fisted my hand this fraudster.

''Chachu do we have the document of the transactions '' I asked him but he hunged his head low and said it was all black money so they had cash transactions. Oh my god, it's a full trap, no business can happen on cash transactions.
