The Journey of the Beetroot Person

Chapter 3

So Jane and Ashley flew until they reached the magical planet called Encanto.

After waiting until nightfall they entered the house and found a man living in the walls who was wearing a bucket on his head.

"Are you Bruno?" Jane asked, and the man shook his bucket head.

"No, I am Hermando!" The man said dramatically, but then took off his bucket to reveal who Jane suspected was Bruno.

"I'm actually Bruno. I always thought my real gift was acting." He exclaimed, and laughed nervously.

"Ok well, Bruno, we need you back in our planet, where Natasha sacrificed herself to save me and then I got Ashley from Eight Legged Freaks to take her place and then your sister Pepa was killed by your niece Mirabel so we need you to firstly tell me how to convince Ashley to stay and then find Mirahell. So, come jump in our potato ship and help us!" Jane explained, and Bruno just stared at them with an open mouth.

"I'll take that as a yes..." Jane said and grabbed Bruno, dragging him to the potato ship. Where she navigated them back to Natasha's planet.

"Ok Bruno, how can you help?" Asked Ashley, and Bruno cracked his knuckles.

"Well, I can see into the future-" Bruno started, but got interrupted by a boy with curly hair wearing a yellow rauna.

"Tio Bruno?" He asked, frowning. "Who are they? Where am I? And why do you have my potato ship?"

"Your potato ship?" Jane asked the boy. "The Giant Space Spider gave it to me. How can it be yours?"

"This ship was my best friend my entire life, until one day I thought it crashed!" The boy explained.

"The Giant Space Spider must have faked the crash so I could get it..." Jane thought out loud. "Well, I'm sorry I have your ship. When we're finished with it I promise you can have it back." She told him. "What's your name by the way?"

"Camilo Madrigal." He said dramatically. "I'm from the same planet as Bruno here. I snuck on because I wanted to know why you had my best friend and all." Camilo said, and Jane nodded in response. "Oh, and I brought my friend, Mariposa, with. The potato ship was also best friends with her." Mariposa appeared from inside the potato, and waved.

"Okay, I am so confused so I'm just going to confess right now," Ashley started, and they all looked at her, confused.

"I'm working with Mirahell because she said she can get me back to my planet, and I can't have you guys mess up my plan." Ashley explained, and beckoned to Mirahell who was hiding behind a bush.

"You losers will regret ever messing with me," Mirahell said, and brought out Pepa who was now a zombie! "Ok, ciao now!" She exclaimed and climbed into the potato ship and before anyone could stop her she was already gone.

"Wait no, Mirahell, you were supposed to take me with you!" Ashley cried, but Mirabel was long gone.

"You idiot, you think you could have trusted Mirahell?" Jane asked, but suddenly Bruno was stabbed in the chest by Pepa the zombie!

"No!" Camilo cried, but Bruno's dead body fell to the floor.

Suddenly, Mariposa used her secret karate skills to kick both Pepa and Ashley into a hole.

"Good skills," Camilo complimented, and Mariposa smiled.

"Ok, so what do we do now?" Jane asked them both.

"Well, I guess we look for Mirahell in all the other universes," Mariposa suggested.

"Alright, but we don't have a ship." Camilo reminded them, but Mariposa just pointed behind them to find a magical cucumber ship there. Jane silently thanked the Magical Space Spider.

"Alright let's go!" Jane said once they were all in the ship, but as she started the ship it immediately broke down, since it was a much worse ship than the potato one, and they found themselves in a random universe.

"Oops," Jane exclaimed, but Mariposa brushed it off.

"It's cool, Mirahell might still be here!" She said optimistically, but as they exited the ship they realised something was wrong.

This was the same universe they had just been in.
