"What in the name of the lord was that?!" Parwiz's voice yelled out.
Nino groaned as he shifted into Ali's arm.
Layla quickly put the back of her hand on Nino's forehead, "He's not burning up. I think it's just exhaustion."
Ali nodded as he straightened Nino on his bed and pulled the blanket over his chest.
"Downstairs. Now." Ali commanded.
Parwiz glared at him but didn't comment and went downstairs.
"Okay, now what happened?!" Aisha demanded.
"Remember when I said Nino was sick? He died. For 6 months." Ali said, hearing his voice break.
"I'm sorry! What?!"
"Yeah, we know."
Suddenly, Nino came down the stairs, and went straight to the kitchen.
"When did you wake up?! You just passed out!" Ali said to Nino who pulled out some meat from the fridge and started eating it.
"Are you eating?" Layla said in amazement.
"I'm so hungry." Nino explained as he scoffed down some more food.
"So you want to get fat now?! Is that it?!" Parwiz asked and Nino flinched but kept eating.
"Ignore him! How are you awake?" Ali asked as he knelt down next to Nino, who kept the meat closer to himself.
"No one is gonna take your... meat. But how are you awake?" Ali asked again.
"I just woke up. I remember the fight but I just woke up. Feeling really hungry." Nino explained, shoving some meat in his mouth.
"Are these frozen?! How are you eating?" Layla asked as she moved closer to Nino.
Nino gave a muffled, "I don't know" as he carried on eating.
"How..." Parwiz's voice tried saying but Nino simply rolled his eyes, thrusted out his hand and sent Parwiz flying into the couch.
"Nino." Ali gasped out, Feeling more proud than anything.
Parwiz groaned as he slowly sat up, rubbing his back.
Nino breathed heavily as he got more frozen meat out of the freezer.
"Maybe we should cook the meat." Ali said as he came forward.
Nino pulled the meat closer to himself before letting Ali slowly take the meat to cook it, allowing Nino to keep the frozen meat he was eating.
"Okay, burgers it is tonight, love." Ali told his wife who smiled at him.
Nino carried on eating the raw meat as Layla lead him to the dining table to eat.
"How is he eating raw meat is my question?" Aisha asked.
"He has new powers now. It's probably protecting him so that he can eat." Layla guessed.
Ali sighed as he set a plate of burgers next to Nino and sat down next to him.
Nino took the plate and started eating the burgers, Feeling a soft hand touch his shoulder.
"Hmm?" He muffled out.
He felt someone gently tuck a bit of hair behind his ear.
"Just me." Aisha's soft voice said.
Nino relaxed as Aisha's soft voice started singing a lullaby in his ear.
Although, all relaxation went away as he suddenly felt dizzy.
