Awakening PT 1

*==================*

    Prime Dottore walked down to his lab. He entered and noticed that his lab was a mess. He looked around and heard himself step in something wet after a few minutes of looking around. He looked down to see his clone's body but with no head. Blood was all over the ground within a two-foot radius of the body. His crimson eyes of a similar shade noticed and followed a trail of bloody footprints to his secret door down to Mizuki's area. He frowned and followed it down the stairs.

    Dread and worry began to dig at his heart. He hoped he wasn't too late to save Mizuki from harm. He made it down to see Pierro holding a bloody sword and leaning over the glass coffin. He had a very readable look of anger on his face. Dottore scowled and ran over. He slipped his way between Pierro and the coffin.

    "Who is she to you?" Pierro asked coldly. His question broke the silence that lingered in the air. Dottore frowned and spoke, "It's none of your business or anyone else's at this moment. For right now she's a patient in need of treatment."

    Pierro's eyes widened some and looked back at the girl in the coffin for a moment. He hummed a little as he looked a little closer at her appearance. He sighed and said, "Of course, I didn't see it earlier as your clone block my view. She's your daughter, isn't she?"

  "What, ew, no. Little sister, get your facts straight," Dottore corrected as his nose scrunched up at the thought of having his own child. Pierro's eyes widened slightly in surprise. Dottore tucked his arms back into his jacket and turned his attention to his little sister who still slept peacefully. He frowned and placed his hand on the top of it. He felt anger rising within him. Pierro probably came here to end her. He already drew his sword on Dottore's clone, who's to say he wasn't planning to do the same to defenseless Mizuki? Dottore turn his head to Pierro and spoke with venom dripping from his tone, "Get out. You do not need to be here."

    "Dottore, you do not need to give her your personal time to cure her. She's causing you to become distracted from the real goal at hand," Pierro said. Dottore frowned. His anger was to the boiling point with Pierro.

    "She isn't a distraction. I want her to be there when we create the new world and with her time being very limited due to her condition, she won't make it unless I find that cure. She's the only person who can keep me from going mad and if I lose her, I've lost everything," Dottore answered. Pierro clenched his sword handle tightly. He could understand where Dottore was coming from. Pierro felt like he lost everything when Khaenri'ah fell, but that was something he could earn back. Dottore on the other hand wouldn't be able to get his sister back if he didn't do anything to intervene. He's seen Dottore lose his sanity and if his sister could keep him together, it would be a loss if she succumb to her illness. Who knows what Dottore would do if he lost his sanity again and she wasn't here to remind him not to succumb to his psychotic tendencies?

    "Fine. Find the cure and treat her, but once she is in full health, I want her to be your newest assistant. No locking her in your room once she's cured. The cure is to be made public and made for anyone who needs it so there can be more soldiers made available for the future," Pierro ordered. Dottore froze and thought for a moment before speaking, "Understood, but no one is to cause her any harm when she joins us for our cause."

    Pierro left with a nod and went back upstairs. Dottore sighed and looked over at the table that held Mizuki's treatment. His clone didn't get the chance to give Mizuki her medical or nutritional supplement shots before getting killed by Pierro. He sighed and picked up the needle and walked over to the coffin. He slid the lid over and lifted her arm to give her nutrition. He sighed and said, "If only you would wake up now, then I could have you drink the rest of the cure and then you deal with the side effects. Luckily they aren't harmful in any way but not something I want you to deal with in this position."

    Dottore placed her arm down and walked back over to the table. He picked up the vial and heard light groaning behind him. He turned around and notices his sister was shifting about. Rushing over, he took off his mask and threw it to the side as he appeared in her view.
