Summary: Robin had a hard day so she goes to you to help cheer her up.

Y/N POV

Surprisingly today was a normal day. I didn't have work so I didn't need to go to the video store after school and school was just normal. It's nice having these types of days especially after seeing the shit i've seen over these past few years. I dont think it's normal to be used to traveling to a place called the upside down to battle demogorgons and demonic dogs who will eat a kids cat. (RIP MEWS) I start to get ready for the night and take a shower. After I put on pajamas and got ready to watch some tv I heard a sudden knock at the door. Whos here I don't remember asking anyone to come over?? I cautiously open the door and peak through to see an exhausted Robin.

"Rob, what's wrong?" She didn't even answer but she pushed herself into my arms and held me tightly. I wrap my arms around her too since I can tell she needs it and I start to caress her hair to finally hear her release a breath of air. We were silent for a bit till I asked if she wanted to go to my room. She nods into my neck and I grab her hand to lead her to my bedroom. I sit on the bed back against the wall. I motion Robin to join me. She walks over and plops onto the bed rolling over so her head is on my lap. From getting to know Robin and being her girlfriend I know it calms her down when I play with her hair.

"What's up birdie?" I ask. Robin groans and just stares up to the ceiling.

"I've had a bad day" she mumbles out

"I'm sorry what happened" I ask while massaging her scalp. Robin takes a moment closing her eyes

"Well let's start from the beginning. I got ready for band because today I had it before school and when I was eating breakfast I spilled smoothie all over my shirt so I went to find a new one and once I did I went out to see that MY BIKE HAD A FLAT TIRE!! Can you believe that? So I was super late going to the band and when I walked in the teacher was not very happy to see how late I was so the rest of band practice wasn't fun. Then going to class the football players were throwing a football in the middle of the hallway like who does that? Am I supposed to be impressed by your ability to throw and catch a ball while disturbing everyone in the hallway? Seriously, some men think the dumbest thing will impress a woman. Anyways the next thing I saw was a football heading straight for my head and I didnt get to duck in time so it hit me. Don't worry it didn't hit me hard but it was enough to kind of hurt. The guys didn't even say sorry they just kind of just laughed and grabbed the football. They are all airheads. I swear our football team isn't even good which is why our big rallies are about the basketball team like even the school knows our football sucks. Not seeing you at school obviously made my day worse but it's okay I know you and Nance had a project to do but after school I was alone at work because Steve picked his next girl to embarrass himself in front of so it was boring and the time went so much slower than usual. Also out of frustration I may or may have not knocked over a shelf of films but if Keith doesnt notice it didn't happen. By the end of the day I was exhausted and felt drained so I wondered what could cheer me up so you of course instantly came to mind. I missed my girlfriend. So now I'm here hoping we can spend the rest of the night together." She finished her long ramble and looked over to me with hopeful eyes

"Aw Robin, I'm sorry" I frown looking down at her "That sounds rough and of course we can spend time together." I smile at her when I see her eyes light up "How about that movie night I promised you a little bit ago." I ask and Robin starts to nod super fast as her smile gets wider. I giggle over a bit and peck her lips "Here you pick the movie since you had a hard day and i'll get the snacks." I say moving her head so I can get up. I start to head over to the kitchen and I hear Robin's footsteps head over to all the movies in my house. I grab an array or snacks like popcorn, m&ms, sour candy, fruit gummies, soda, and some chips.

As I head over with the snacks Robin runs over to help me put it on the table and she practically drags me to the couch to throw a blanket on us and she cuddles against me.

"What movie did you pick?" I ask while wrapping my arm around her.

"The breakfast club." She simply says. I give her a certain look and she says "What? It's a comfort movie and Molly is majorly hot in this." She smiles at the TV.

I pretend to look offended and ask "So you think Molly is hotter than me?!" I dramatically gasp. While Robin slightly punches my arm.

"I never said that you dingus. I think you're the hottest of them all or as Dustin would say it 'hotter than Phoebe Cates' not only are you super hot but you're cute and beautiful. Honestly when I first saw you I had to do a double take. You looked so ethereal. It's like the sun was your best friend because it always hit you in the perfect way. I was mesmerized. Honestly! It took me a while to get the courage to talk to you but I'm glad I did because now I have the most beautiful, adorable, helpful, hottest, most caring girlfriend in the world." Robin rambled and I was left in shock. I found myself just staring at the girl admiring everything about her. She asks how she got so lucky but I should be the one asking. Before Robin and I got together I felt really alone with my feelings and I hated myself for how I felt. Everyone in Hawkins isn't the most accepting so I thought I'd never find love but I guess it found me. How could people not accept this kind of love?

Robin notices how quiet I am "Did I say too much? I'm sorry if I did you know me my mouth never-"

"I'm in love with you" I quickly said. Shocked by my own words I look down to see Robin's shock matching mine. We stare at each other for a bit till she starts to gleam. She shoots up and grabs my face to look at me in the eye,

"Y/n L/n I'm so glad you said that because I've been in love with you since the beginning." She smiles and leans in to kiss me. I smile into the kiss and wrap my arms around her waist to bring her in more. After a while we pull back with goofy smiles plastered on our faces and we laugh at each other.

"This made my day so much better thank you y/n." Robin looks at me lovesick

"Of course Rob! I would do anything for you." I caress her cheek "Now let's actually start watching this movie. The popcorn is probably cold. Robin looks a bit shocked.

"Oh yeah I forgot about that!" She laughs while repositioning herself to cuddle up against me. I kiss her head and we start to focus on the movie again. It was a good night with trying to catch popcorn in the other's mouth and just laughing at some of the scenes and sharing kisses throughout the movie. I can't wait to see what's next for Robin and I because I'm so in love with this girl. 

A/N: so... my exams were super easy BHUDCBOSH YAY wrote this right after I finished my exams its a lot of fluff since I was just so happy to get my exams over with
