Nami backed away from the restaurant with one hand on her hip while the other held a paper indicating the name of the location, along with an address. Going into town had always been a struggle for her and such was the same even now. Sidewalks brimmed with people and just backing up she had to flick up her tail to dodge passerbys. "Seems this is the right place," she shrugged and unceremoniously tossed the paper into the trash near the front door before walking in.

If it hadn't been for her ability to see in low light areas, walking about the building would have been a struggle. Everything dimmed with only specks of light here above tables. The lights themselves were cleverly place, as it left heavy shadows on each group of people from afar.

"Excuse me," a voice called from her side, "do you have a reservation?"

Her wings picked up some in response and she speedily turned herself to the bat anthro. She wouldn't have spotted him and his dark coloration if he hadn't spoke. "I'm meeting with someone. They should be searching for a Nami, that is if they've informed--."

"Nami the Ocradragon, yes your friend has already arrived, please, follow me."

Nami held her tongue and took a moment to remember just where she was: The city, or what she considered one. Her friends who lived here told her that it was comparatively a small town with a dense tourist population.

The host bowed slightly as he showed Nami her 'friend' and utter an, "I'll return with water soon," before he swept himself away.

"Ah, so you're the one," Nami cooed and folded her arms. While she appeared to know what she was looking at, it didn't become all too apparent until she stepped up to the table, and those contrasting lights blended better for her sights. A wolf anthro, figures it'd be a wolf. She didn't recognize him. Her intrigue hadn't vanished, yet she kept some distance. "And what would be the name of this wolf that called me out of my den to meet him?"

"Excuse me," he said and stood while reaching over the table to shake her hand. "Kyne. Kyne of the Scrowl clan. You..." his words faltered and his eyes flicked up and down the ocradragon, "you dressed like this outside your den?"

Shaking hands primarily was something she hadn't grown used to. Dragons didn't often use such means for relationships. All the same though, she began to lean back and reach with her hand, but stopped mere inches away upon his comment. She looked down at herself. She was at least covered, she'd never do that in the den. A crop top covered well, her top, and a simple covering for her bottom. Fabric at the front of a skirt and two fabrics that split in the middle for the back for her tail. It covered all the necessary 'parts' and was heeded as professional from her kind. "Oh? Would it be best for me to leave?"

"No, no, not at all, I just didn't expect tribal clothing worn in modern towns. I find it quite stunning that you are comfortable with wearing threads such as these." Kyne's hand kept out for a moment, but figuring that she would no longer attempt to return it, he cleared his throat and sat back down. He gestured to the seat right of him in a sort of half booth. No chairs sat on her side, nor could she track down any to place there. What an awful place to choose for a meet. She couldn't even sit across from him.

There she debated if she should stay put, sit down, or leave entirely. Nami couldn't tell whether or not she'd already begun making a scene and thus opted to sit down and oblige for now. "Let us make this quick then," Nami said and tapped the table with her claw. "My territories aren't up for grabs. I find it cute that you nailed a letter on a tree right outside my den, and I was curious on who would be so daring, so I came."

"Cute, huh?" Kyne gave a slight smirk and leaned his elbows on the table.

Before either one of them could continue, the host came back with those waters and handed them menus. "There are three options tonight for dinner. Please look them over and the server will come to take your order. Please feel free to visit the different desserts and side dishes we offer."
