~Monsters Au: Who's the favorite?~

It has been a while hehe...

I appreciate your patience as you all waited for me to at least post something into one of my books, since you know- how this is the 'back to school' month

Hana, Kaz and I are having hard times to clear schedules and spend time with one another due to schools or vacations- our collabs are gonna be delayed for quite a while

And as an apology, take this short, wholesome shot of my Monsters AU

"What are you saying? They like me more!"

"Nuh uh! They rather be with me!"

The front of the cave, standing two bickering Alpha brothers- Nova and Beliung- along with three small, young little Pups- Daun, Api and Angin- sitting in front of their elders, blinking or tilting their heads in confusion

"Please... I'm clearly their favorite"

"Oh come on, with all that attitude? Yeah right..."

"And you with that sass? No way!"

Argued Nova, bending over and all the way down to meet Beliung's face- who has his arms on hips- totally not flexing all the sass and breaking his neck to look up at his tree sized brother- or probably because he's too short

"You think yours any better!?"

"I know it is..."

The pups only turn their heads from one brother to another, watching them barking at each other- until someone else caught their eyes

"I'm clearly the favorite!"

"No! I am!"

"Oh yeah!? Ask them then!"

The two arguing wolves turned to the trio- "Which one is your favo-"

"ALPHA!!!"

Simultaneously called, the TTM pups all barked happily- note, the barks are still very low volumed and sounds more like yips- running up to their eldest on four limbs- Said Eldest, who was carrying three boxes from big to small- had just walked out from the back of the cave to be greeted by puppy barks from the youngest trio group of the wolves

Alpha blankly blinked, lifting up the boxes he was holding, making so the little ones didn't accidentally knock them over. His face softened hearing their barks, "Oh? You guys want me to pick you up?"

The puppies raised their arms and happily barked more- made the eldest smile lovingly, he softly chuckled

"Alright, alright... Let me put these down real quick..."

"There we go..." As so, he place the three boxes on the ground- then crouched down, slowly picking up Api and Angin as Daun climbed onto his back, crawling up and wrapped his legs around his Alpha's neck

Daun nuzzled into Alpha's hair- slightly tilting his cap onto the side- which to Alpha only sweatdrop as he's used to it- said little leaf pup purring in satisfaction of the fluffiness

Api on the left arm- barked more- clinging onto Alpha and nuzzled in

Angin on the other hand, swirled a little whilst holding onto Alpha's arm. Knowing his intention, Alpha open said arm, straight out on the side as the little wind pup started hanging on it and swung like a swing, giggling happily followed by the other two pups

Alpha only smiled softly, the rest of his expressions are mostly blank- but if look closely, his eyes displayed his current feels- joy, happiness, calmness, delight

The two that were arguing from earlier- were quiet this time, watching the three pups and their eldest from afar, sighing with gentle, happy smiles spread

"Can't get mad at that..."
