°(3rd Pov)

You felt your face warm up as you seen a bright light glow through your closed eyelids. After a moment of sitting their you opened your eyes. Sun shining on you. Cars wheezing by outside the house. The world was awake, and now so were you. As you sat up you stretched your arms and hung your legs off the side of the bed. Getting up you felt the blood rush. You took a deep breathe and took a moment to remember you were at your dad's! You had completely forgotten. You don't know how or why but you did. You then remember something else. You were suppose to do something with Morty today. You started walking to the bathroom to get ready.

After you brushed your teeth and hair and whatnot you went back to your room. You got dressed in your favorite hoodie with some slightly baggy jeans of your favorite shade of blue jeans. You put on your favorite shoes and walked down the stairs to greet your father.

"Morning dad." You said thoughtfully.

"Morning!" Your dad answered back. He had a coffee in his hand. "How'd you sleep?"

"I slept good. What about you?"

"That's good. I slept alright, but uhm- I was called for work today so I won't be around till 6:30-7:00. You catch up with Morty some more while I'm gone or something." He sighed. He seems stressed but he kept a smile.

"Alright dad. Morty planned something today anyways, hope work goes well but I need to get going. Bye, love you!" You joyfully responded giving him a hug then walking out leave the house.

"Bye, Love you too! Stay safe." He called out.

As you walked out the door you took an excited inhale and exhale. Shortly after you began walking across the street too Mortys house. It was around 11:30 so Morty had to have been awake. You knocked on the door. To another surprise it was Summer who answered the door. She was shocked to see it was actually you.

"Y/n! Holy shit you actually are back." She said thunderstruck.

"Yeah, I stopped by yesterday. You not notice I was here?" You questioned raising a brow.

"I was out partying with some friends. It's good to cya again tho, c'mon in!" She welcomed.

You walking in. Summer talked to you as you started to walk to the living room. You guys were talking about things that went down as if lately and that's went you spotted Morty.

"Oh hey!" He said. His face lit up happy to see you showed up.

"What's good bro" you paused for a moment. "So what do you have planned for me today?"

"We're gonna go to an arcade." He answered.

"Really? Where are we going?"

"You'll see when we get there, you gotta wait ."

"O-"

He gave a hand gesture to follow him, and you did so. You followed him to the garage where a- wait a UFO? WHAT?! you were aghast. Was that always there?! You thought in question to yourself. Your must of been so. Then you wondered if it was just some weird new car model. Then I heard a voice from behind me call out.

"Are you guys ready for blipz and chitzzzz!" Rick called out all manic like. He seemed different than yesterday almost.

"Hell yeah." Morty answered him. "Y/n get in the backseat of Rick's 'car(?)'" Morty instructed.

You did so and climbed in the back seat. Morty went in the passengers seat while Rick was in the driver's. When the "car" or as Morty called it lifted up off the ground you were so shocked. But something was off.. this seemed familiar to you. Like you've done this- before? It was a strange feeling but you weren't scared to be past the atmosphere and out into the middle of space. It seemed almost normal.
