Chapter 4

(Your PoV)

It was about 5:14 am. I lay there staring at Ikuto, he was staring back at me. He moved forward and the space between up decreased. Our lips were about to make contact when, "COCK-A-DOODLE-DOOOO!!!" A rooster shouted from the roof of the inn. It gave me a heart attack and I jump backwards and fell off the bed, hitting my head on the corner of the bed-side table on the way to the floor.

"Are you okay?" Ikuto asked.

"No! I am not okay!" I yelled angrily and stormed into the bathroom. There was a little bit of blood trickling down my forehead and I frowned at my reflection. I went back out and Ikuto was putting his shirt on. He walked over to me and hugged me.

"Wha-" I began but was suffocated.

Ikuto let me go, "Is your back okay?" He asked.

"Yeah." I replied, remembering the incident.

We went downstairs and the innkeeper served us breakfast. Two plates with stacked pancakes and maple syrup were placed in front of us.

"Thank you very much!" I said.

(Ikuto's PoV)

I watched as (Y/N)'s beautiful (e/c) eyes lit up when she saw the delicious-looking pancakes. I couldn't help but giggle at her cuteness.

"What's so funny?" She asked. I shook my head and began eating.

I decided to ask (Y/N) a question, "Do you love me?" I asked, not caring if the question was out of the blue or not.

(Your PoV)

"Do you love me?" Ikuto asked out of the blue. I was so surprised at the question that I choked on my mouthful of pancake.

"N-no!" I shouted back. Ikuto looked disappointed with my answer for a moment until he smirked.

"Then I'll just have to make you fall in love with me." He said. I felt the heat rise to my cheeks. I put my head down and continued eating, hoping Ikuto wouldn't see my red face.

(Your PoV)

Me, Ikuto, Yoru and Muyi walked/floated down the Main Street of the town we were staying at. We came across a park and sat down under a tree on the grass.

"Ikuto!" Yoru said.

"What?" Ikuto replied in an emotionless voice.

"I want to marry Muyi, nya!" He said. My eyes widened and I looked at my guardian character who was smiling.

"Do whatever..." Ikuto said, not caring at all.

"Really?! Muyi?" I blurted out.

Muyi ignored me, "This is a lovely park," she said, "let's get married here!"

We held a small wedding ceremony for Yoru and Muyi. To confirm the marriage, I tied a blade of grass to Yoru's arm and then Muyi's arm. A few people who couldn't see our guardian characters gave me a strange stare, because I looked like I was talking to myself.

I turned around and saw that Ikuto had closed his eyes. He opened them when I walked over.

"I'm going to walk around a bit." I said. He nodded and closed his eyes again. Muyi and Yoru stayed with Ikuto.

I walked around the park and admired the small town. I was enjoying myself before I saw a police officer approach me.

"Are you (F/N) (L/N)?" He asked.

"Um, yes." I replied, trying not to sound nervous.

"We found the inn you were staying at and have your belongings in the back, we are here to take you home." The police officer said I a serious voice.

"B-but..." I stuttered.

"You have no choice." He said and another police officer got out of the car parked a few meters away. I tried to make a run for it but they grabbed each of my arms.

"IKUTO!!!!" I screamed before they forced me into the car.

(Ikuto's PoV)

I heard (Y/N) call my name and jumped up immediately. I put Yoru and Muyi in my pocket and ran to where I thought I heard the scream from. I got there just in time to see (Y/N) in the back of a police car. It sped off and I ran after it....
