Chapter 10

(Your PoV)

We ended up going to a small cafe that was just around the corner from the hotel. Ikuto watched me as I stuffed my burger down my throat. I realised that I was eating like a pig and slowed down a bit.

"Are you okay?" Ikuto asked.

"Yeah...I guess....I can....forgive.....you." I said between bites. Ikuto seemed relieved. "But," I continued, "if is happens again I'll kill you, got that?" Ikuto gave me a nod, knowing that I wasn't exaggerating.

I sipped on my milkshake. I could hear a faint *pitter patter* of rain on the tin roof of the cafe. Suddenly the soft rain got heavier....and heavier. Lightning lit up the dark street outside the window. There was a loud crash of thunder, and although I don't have a fear of thunder, it made me jump.

I squeaked at the loud noise. Ikuto looked surprised at the funny sound I had just made, but then the surprised look turned into a smirk.

"Scared?" He asked.

"N-" I was interrupted by another crash of thunder. I wasn't expecting it and squeaked again. I covered my mouth in surprise. In primary school, I was always the kid who wasn't scared when there was a storm...what's gotten in to me?!

"No! I am not scared!" I shouted. A few heads turned and I remembered we were in public. Ikuto frowned. I stood up to leave. I walked out of the cafe, strait I to the thunder storm. I marched towards the hotel.

"(Y/N)! Your going the wrong-" Ikuto was shouting something but it was muffled by the strong wind. I couldn't exactly see where I was going so I just kept speed-walking forward. No matter where I am, I always manage to embarrass myself.

I bumped into someone's chest. I looked up shivering in the pouring rain to see a familiar face. He was inches taller than me, had midnight blue hair and deep blue eyes.

"Ikuto!" I cried and hugged him tightly. He picked me up bridal style and I put my arms around his neck.

"Please," he whispered, "don't leave me again." I could barely hear him because of the storm.

Ikuto carried me back to the hotel. I had a warm shower and sat on the bed resting in Ikuto's lap.

"Good night (Y/N)." Ikuto whispered in my ear. And we fell asleep like that.
