Kat was taken out of the room by security guards, and Warren was there again. Warren hadn't spoken at all, which was odd, because he seemed to be a rather talkative person.
She was taken to a room with a bunch of counters with beakers, different colored liquids, a couple of microscopes around, and a seemingly advanced computer; but the thing that caught Kat's eye the most was some sort of human-sized tube with a blue liquid in it. Next to it had some sort of button and below the button was a pipe that connected to the tube Kat guessed.
"What is this place?" Kat asked Warren.
"Oh, all of this? This is my main lab! While we get the thingy ready you can check some stuff out, just don't knock anything over, please." Warren said, sounding rather cheerful.
Kat looked around a bit, peeking in the microscopes, but politely not touching anything. Warren was either lucky or smart to bring Kat here instead of Chelsea. Chelsea would have most likely thrown everything on the ground, breaking most of it.
Kat had to give Warren some credit, a lot of this stuff was even beyond some Laminax lab projects that had been going on for years, although to be fair Kat didn't know how long they had been working on this.
"Alrighty!" Warren said. Kat looked over at the human-sized tube, it was now drained of the blue liquid. Warren pressed the button beside it as it opened up. "Just hop on in here and that's... basically all you do. Don't worry, it's not dangerous whatsoever. Hopefully." Kat wasn't sure if that was comforting or not. She stepped inside the human-sized tube. The tube closed and then started filling with the blue liquid. "Uhh... I'm unsure if this is actually safe-" Kat said anxiously. The water-like liquid was now up to her mid-torso, which caused her to panic. Wasn't this going to drown her? Usually, water does that, but this doesn't seem like water...
The blue liquid now reached up to her shoulders, then her mouth, and -
Kat blacked out almost immediately.

In different tubes in different rooms, Aaron, Chelsea, and other people evidently here were put into the human-sized tubes... and the same thing happened to them.
