The Bennett Witch

The founder's party was a big deal to the citizens of Mystic Falls, so Bonnie was not surprised when Caroline rushed inside the house with bags of makeup and accessories for Bonnie to pick out for her. Some things never changed; one of them was Caroline's habit of running multiple community events and panicking over what to wear. 

It reminded Bonnie that they were teenagers, not just a group of supernatural beings. The girl gave Caroline a mischievous smile before grabbing her bag and keys "The founder's party doesn't start till later" Bonnie paused before tilting her head "However I thought punishing Katherine would be a good way to pass the time"

The look of sadistic pleasure that appeared on Caroline's face would scare away any sane man it was a good thing Bonnie was not a man. The two left for the Grill to their surprise Tikki walked out of the bathroom with a pale face and shaking hands. The girl looked terrified she didn't even stop to greet Caroline as usual. Something was very wrong the two shared a look of understanding when Katherine walked out of the bathroom with a pleased look.

When she spotted the two the pleased look faded into horror it seemed she knew what they were there for. The vampire didn't even try to run as the two women made their way over to her and smiled "It seems you already know why we're here" before Katherine could answer the room seemed to fade away into the shadows.

Katherine watched in horror as the shadows seemed to swallow everyone in silence before she realised what had happened turning she flinched when she saw Emily Bennett standing before her with a sad look on her face "Emily"  

The emotion that was heard when Katherine said Emily's name made Bonnie smile the witch could hear the reverence and absolute adoration that Katherine had for her long-gone aunt. While Bonnie wanted to avoid hurting the woman's lover the vampire killed Caroline and injured her brothers. Her magic called for vengeance and her ancestors had felt it. While they had gifted Bonnie with all their knowledge and power she still looked to them for guidance so they retained their ability to hold a form on the earthly plane.

They all felt the heavy weight of anger in the young girl's magic "You know Katherine I had no intention of hurting you but you have hurt my people" She spoke to the vampire softly as if she was a child but the sinister tone in it made Katherine whimper. Bennetts were loyal but they were not forgiving. This was well known to many in the supernatural community hence why Bennetts were left alone.

Katherine flinched when Bonnie took hold of her face and their eyes met green and turned to gold as Bonnie gave a sinister smile "This won't hurt" she gently said while letting go of Katherine's face and walking away. Immediately the 600 years old vampire began screaming her body writhing as she twisted and turned the pain was unbearable.

Caroline looked on with a pleased gleam in her eyes as she videotaped it "You told her that it wouldn't hurt Bon" The witch just tilted her head a little "Oh did I well it seems I lied" Katherine tried her best not to say anything horrible to the two girls as she knew she deserved this. Instead, she bit her tongue as the pain for every minute that passed increasingly got worse.

Emily turned to look at her descendant her face was impassive but Bonnie knew that she hated hearing and seeing her lover like this. Her golden eyes faded back to green and Katherine stopped screaming "The next time you touch what is mine I will do worse than turn your blood into vervain" 

The young witch grabbed her best friend's hand and dragged her outside. At the same time, Emily walked over to Katherine and healed her  "moe bizhu be careful of the Salvatores and their friends" Katherine realising that she could touch Emily immediately wrapped her arms around the witch and buried her face in Emily's neck she had missed this. 

The warmth and smell of cinnamon and honey calmed the vampire down in the years before Emily she had many lovers but after she met the witch everything changed even when she messed with both Salvatores her devotion was to Emily who encouraged her actions and helped her get away with it.

Emily was hers and only hers she refused to abandon her lover and when Emily died she slew those responsible. Everyone thought that she had outed her lover but actually, Giuseppe Salvatore and his good friends found out and decided to burn her lover at the stake. She had been happy to leave the Salvatore brothers and leave with her lover unfortunately that did not happen.

"I miss you moyata kralitsa" The two stayed in the embrace until Katherine realised it was time for Emily to go. She looked at her lover and placed a soft kiss on her lips before reluctantly pulling away. As Emily faded away Katherine saw her surroundings change to Mrs Flowers's home. It was silent she did not even hear Mrs. flowers breathing walking downstairs she saw Shelia Bennett sipping tea alongside her doppelganger's aunt.

"Mrs Flowers is an old friend but I see you have been treating her well so she went on a nice long trip there is a barrier around the house that only allows those whom you invite in" Jenna titled her head and observed the woman her niece resembled and started comparing them. Elena was not as confident and self-assured additionally Elena liked to judge others but never accept her mistakes.

Katherine understood that the Bennett line only protected her due to her relationship with Emily so she just agreed. However, she wanted to ask why Jenna was present to her surprise the woman smirked and said " I'm here to be your shrink"

If only Katherine knew how this would turn out she would have run back to Bonnie and asked her to torture her.
