Finding the pack in the mountains was a pleasant experience, at least Bonnie enjoyed it. The exposure to nature and the lack of restraints brought her joy. Ray also was good company as the quartet made their way up the mountain with Ray as their loyal guide. To everyone's surprise, the wolf seemed to defer to Bonnie. Klaus found it interesting but filed it under the influence of the sire bound. It was not long before they approached the campsite and Kai being dramatic exclaimed "Finally!" Eyes fell on the group and the Alpha approached "Ray who are these people and why have you exposed us".

The pack watched in shock as Ray ignored their alpha and turned to the dark-skinned woman who was silently observing. She just smiled and turned to the man on her right "I'm afraid Ray has joined another pack, and I am here to challenge you for your place as Alpha" The man chuckled and watched Klaus "And who are you to challenge me" Klaus smirked as he showed his true face "I am Klaus Mikealson the son of Ansel the last true living heir of the North East Atlantic Pack and the Original Hybrid"

The man now seemed unsure as the rest of his pack seemed to be buzzing with fear and excitement. He needed to stake his claim, but Klaus's words ran through his head "Ansel died a long time ago his pack was killed by a hunter" Now it was Bonnie's turn to laugh "I'm afraid you are wrong Ansel slept with Esther Mikaelson the woman you know as the Original witch as she is the creator of vampires. Of that union she bore Ansel a son who she later turned into a vampire of course seeing as he had killed already, he became known as the Original Hybrid".

Heads turned to the woman the Hybrid now had his arms wrapped around she smelt of him and another "I should introduce myself but as you wolves tend to be recluses that don't keep up let's keep this short Bonnie Bennett head of the Bennett Coven the mate of Klaus Mikaelson and Kai Parker". Whispers spread as the woman introduced herself. Great so now, they had two powerful guests would their Alpha accept the challenge? The man looked at Klaus and spit at the ground "I accept your challenge". Bonnie smirked and quickly formed a circle "Once the both of you get in the challenge will begin" Klaus ever the Viking paused and looked at the man "Shall we allow the use of a weapon? And who will strike first and if you win what will you receive".

The man paused and Bonnie groaned "The man is a Viking they grew up during those times before becoming the originals" The man now nodded and looked at Klaus "No weapons, I shall give you the first strike and if I win, I get that pretty mate of yours" Something in Klaus's eyes changed and Bonnie just laughed when he entered the ring.

The man was an idiot, another female began the challenge and they all watched as Klaus quickly made light work of their Alpha not even pausing to spare his life. Bonnie just smirked and kissed him. Klaus now observed the rest of the pack and gave a feral grin "Now how many of you would like to be free to shift without pain".

Kai couldn't help but smirk as the group of werewolves now looked very intrigued. His mates knew how to trap persons in their web. He watched silently as they each stepped up and each drank Klaus's blood before they all gathered together, Bonnie glanced at him.

"Love do the honours" Kai smirked and snapped his fingers snapping all their necks. He rolled his eyes when he heard the human mates gasp and scream, they were so dramatic. Bonnie stared at them impassively before waving her hand and making them all mute. "So now we wait" Ray glanced at her and tilted his head before shifting and laying at her feet, Bonnie smiled and ran her hands through his fur.

"Thank you, Ray, I appreciate it" he gave a low chuff before placing his head on his paws. Klaus watched the interaction carefully before he understood what happened "My Queen it seems that Ray is sired to you"?

Bonnie raised an eyebrow and looked at the wolf "I wonder how that happened?" The wolf just huffed and looked at the dead members of his pack. Bonnie however now had a strong feeling the man was thankful to her for something and it carried over when he was turned. She would investigate later. They watched as the bodies regained colour and twitched; they would return to Mystic Falls soon she wondered what would happen now that Elena was clueless.

The Salvatore brothers couldn't tell her that she had been sacrificed because then she would question how she was alive. So, it was perfectly fine for now.

Mystic Falls

Damon Salvatore groaned as Anna got out of their bed and answered her phone, he did not understand why the woman worked but she was independent, and he loved it, but he wished that she gave him more of her time. "Damon, tell your brother to leave me alone and then you can join me in the shower" As she spoke her phone landed near him. The man groaned and picked up the phone "What is it, Stefan?" the older man got out of bed and looked out the window of his new place "Klaus Mikealson is coming back into town". Damon turned when he heard the sounds of water running over his girlfriend's skin.

"So, he already got what he wanted, and your girlfriend is just fine and none the wiser now leave us alone". The eldest Salvatore hung up before walking into the bathroom with a smirk on his face.

Stefan watched the phone in disbelief and groaned before turning to his girlfriend who was happily making them coffee. Could he really tell her and bring up those memories? Stefan took a deep breath and walked over. Maybe for a few more days he could have his Elena stress-free and full of joy and happiness. He would tell her about it before they returned.
