Getting sick and tired of waiting around, waiting for Kitty to answer her damn phone, waiting for Stark to bring her to the compound. If he doesn't do it soon, I might as well go over there to her apartment, chuck her over my shoulder and carry her here. For the hundredth time I check my phone, but still nothing, well not nothing there was a text from Sharon, so nothing important. Hell would freeze over before I answered any of her needy messages. No matter how much I try to shake her off, she's always there. With her light touches and flirty smiles. Don't get me wrong she's pretty, but just not my type. Plus she's Peggy's niece. 'Wish I knew that earlier.'

My type is more brunettes, more Kitty. With her long wavy dark hair, that falls neatly over her shoulders, right down to the tips of her breasts- 'Nope, Jesus! Can't go there, it's ungentleman-like.' But the thoughts keep swimming, the way she looked in her bra, a smidgin' too tight around the cups. 'Okay stop.' How close my hands were to the lace covered mounds of her chest as I- 'Buttoned up her top and didn't see them again.'

Running a clammy hand over my face, trying to get the indecent thoughts out of my head. "Cold shower." I said to myself. "That's what I need." Making my way to my bathroom to do just that. 'Nothing else, definitely nothing else."

Saturday night, the night I was meant to have a date with Stev-no Captain America. However things change and now I'm currently at my new job, beers on a tray walking towards one of my many tables. The tips and pay are really good, I have managed to pay my electric, water, and gas bills all on time. I even paid my rent on time, the look on Mr Ditkovich's face when I presented him with the money.

At the time he was currently talking to the young mom -who lives a floor above me- about rent. She seemed really horrified that she had to ask him for an extra week, raising two little kids must be hard, god knows I couldn't do it. Being the good samaritan that I am, I interrupted their talk and waved the crisp banknotes in his face, so his attention was on me, well on the money.

"Here you go Mr Ditkovich!" I said all smiley as this was the first time I have paid my rent on time.

"What's this?" He asked very skeptical.

"It's my rent." At this I made a small wave -with my free hand- at the young woman, indicating to quickly go upstairs, a small "Thank you" was mouthed as she quietly and quickly scampered up to her apartment and two kids.

"But you never pay your rent on time?" He said taking the money out of my hand.

"Well now I do!" I said all happy that I have finally done something right. Watching him walk into his apartment with such a confused look on his face was pure comedy.

Giggling at the memory I set down the beers on my customers table. Finally making it without tripping or falling over in my heels. To say I'm in love with this pair of pastel purple shoes is an understatement, they have delicate butterflies attached to the strings that criss cross up my legs. Deciding to match it with the same colored lace nightie, I'm still not comfortable in wearing the skimpy clothes some of the other ladies are wearing, but I still think I look good.
