This Place Looks Good To Me:

The stage had an large,creepy and seemly old house prop stucture setup in front of the gloomy background. Stella and Molly the Ali-human walk onto the scene carrying boxes. Molly had hers being levated up in the air with her magic while Stella simply carried hers with her arms. Molly looks at the house with a doubtful expression on her face then looked at her friend.

" Why did we buy this place again?", Molly asks skeptical.

"This place looks good to me,Molly. Besides it was super cheap and after we fix it up, we will be running the best Guesthouse the area will ever see!", Stella says positively.

" We are an a mile away from town in the middle of nowhere. This is litteraly the only house in the area.", Molly says blankly.

Stella walks up to the door confidently as if she hadn't heard everything her friend and business partner had just said. Stella could see all the potential the house had in her mind while Molly was looking at the obvious red flags of their new property. Stella smiles and turns around to see that Molly hadn't moved inch.

" This place is perfect with no drawbacks. ", Stella says excitedly.

The excited owner leans her back against the dusty door but, it falls down backwards immediately taking her with it. Molly just watched her friend fall with the door like it wasn't new or unexpected. She could litterally a dust cloud being created the door hit the floor.

" Oh My Goodness! This house has a fancy Chandelier! ", Stella says surprised and happily.

The red curtains quickly close as Fuzzbert runs to the middle of the stage with his sign. His hand wasn't visible to see but,that didn't matter since he was clearly holding up the sign. The sign had "After moving into their disaster Guesthouse and fixed the door..." written on it. Then Fuzzling walked off the stage with the red curtains opening again once he was gone.

Now the scene showed an old and cleaned up bedroom with two beds standing next to each other with a four foot gap. The set was made the scene clearly show that it was night time with the background elements as the actresses were dressed in their pajamas. Molly was trying to get comfortable in her bed,the left bed, while Stella was relaxing in hers,the righy bed, as if she was at a spa. Stella pulls down her eye masks ready to sleep.

" See? No drawbacks...", Stella says as she falls asleep.

Molly just ignores her statement simply wanting to go to sleep. After the two owners were asleep the clock hit 3 a.m. in a matter of seconds. There was no sound. No blowing wind. Nobody but,Molly and Stella in the house. That's what they thought... Suddenly a cheerful fancy dressed ghost,Cooper, jumps onto the scene dancing and singing.

"Hello,my lady
Hello,my lady
You set my world on fire ",Cooper sings suddenly.

Stella and Molly both fall out of their beds into the gap as a result. When Stella lifted her eyemask and saw Cooper pull out fireworks from his hat as he sang his song. Both friends screamed in fear as they hugged each other!

The curtains close again only to reopen after a minute revealing the new scene. Now Molly and Stella are in a living room setting trying to fix it up and clean by themselves only for Cooper reappear dressed as clown. He was performing silly clown tricks while he gave both his "new friends" another heart attack.

" I NEVER EATEN A CARROT!", Cooper yells.

In the next scene, Stella and Molly are about  to eat lunch and watch a movie but, Cooper happened. He jumped out of their TV with a many balloons following him and flying pies! Stella faints as Molly runs away from the pies chasing her. Cooper just laughs as he watches and cuts one of the pies.

" HAPPY HALF A DAY ANNIVERSARY!" Cooper cheers.

The curtains close again then reopen revealing the last scene. Molly and Stella look like a mess with pie in their hair as they sat at their kitchen table with their contructor,Branch. He was going to do the rest of the fixing up house work for them if they sign the contract. Stella was just about to blindly sign when Molly snatched the document away from her with a serious look on her face.

" What are you doing?", Stella questions confused.

" Preparing for the Zombie apocalypse. They only eat brains so you're safe. ", Molly replies savagely.

Molly starts to read the contruct while Stella just kept her mouth shut. Then suddenly Cooper bursts through the wall while singing the Pizza Hut and Tocabell song. He was dressed like pizza with a Taco hat. Branch litterally fell out of his chair shocked and terrified while Stella just greeted Cooper and Molly contuined to read the document like nothing was happening around her.

And the curtains close for the last time as the skit ended.

" What the heck was that?!", a Bergen in the audience yelled.

So this was mostly based off one of my favorite insurance ads ever! Basically a woman and Hippo puppet move into a haunted house that she got for a very cheap price and turns out it is haunted by the funniest ghost I ever seen!I love it and Cooper was best troll to play that ghost!🤣
