Morning light seeps through the open curtains.
"Good morning! Did you both have a good sleep?" Crepus asks, removing the blankets off the two boys.
The two groan in reply, digging their faces in the pillows to escape the brightness of the room.
"Ok, wake up both of you!" Crepus exclaimed, shaking the boys.
"We are awake...5 more minutes..." Diluc groans again.
"Ok...i guess i'll eat the pancakes all by myself and then you won't see me for the rest of day..." Crepus exaggerated.
Kaeya got up and clung onto Crepus.
"Don't leave father!" Kaeya protested.
Diluc followed after, also clinging on to Crepus.
Crepus chuckles at the boys.
"Where are you going, Father?" Diluc asks.
"I'm going far away for business but I'll be back by noon. The maids will look after you ok?" Crepus smiles.
"Aww...ok" The two grumble.
"Come, we'll have breakfast together." Crepus smiles , putting his arms behind their backs.
The two ended up at their table, eating and eventually said their goodbyes to their father.
"Come brother! Let's go play with Thoma" Diluc cheered, running off.
Kaeya followed after.
"---and you're not at all hurt?" The young boy asks.
"Whose Thoma is talking to..?" Diluc mumbles, turning a corner.
Kaeya's eyes widened in shock.
"Huh? Oh, Diluc, hello!" Thoma exclaims.
"Good morning Thomaa~ whose this?" Diluc says innocently
"The person who was injured yesterday! I felt so bad for them.."Thoma explains.
The boy in the dream...
"Oh...it seemed a lot more dramatic, did your scars heal that quickly?" Diluc looks, glancing over his body.
"No." The boy said dryly
The same hairstyle, eyes, clothing... Albedo
"Oh, what's his name?" Diluc asks, glancing back up to Thoma.
"Oh...um, i asked him but I also asked him other questions and I don't know if he told me..." Thoma chuckles, scratching the back of his head.
"More like you asked so many questions and didn't let him answer" Diluc snorts.
Thoma gasped and lightly hit Diluc
"What is your name?" Kaeya speaks, buntly.
The blonde looked up to Kaeya, he hesitated to speak.
"My name..." He starts as if he were thinking.
The blonde gulped and looked away.
"A-...Albedo."
Kaeya's eyes widened even more, so shocked he stumbled back a little.
"Kaeya? Are you ok?" Diluc asks, turning his head to Kaeya.
"What's wrong with him?" Thoma asks.
"I don't know, he's been like that ever since he was mumbling in his sleep." Diluc sighed
"Oh, probably a bad dream" Thoma chuckles.
Albedo stared at Kaeya.
"Kaeya..?" Albedo speaks as his eyes teared up.
